Absolutely the worst customer service I ever experienced. I scheduled an appointment for a tire service. Once arrived two employees ignored me and later yelled from their garage area “ YOU NEED TO COME INSIDE ITS TOO COLD OUT THERE” eventually after explaining multiple times I need a tire patch which requires them to look at it before I ask for the service. While still standing at the door from the garage, he yelled out” No we can’t do those we ain’t got no patches” very rude employees

I was charged $60 over what I was quoted online. Automotive Employees very helpful. Corporate was contacted and nothing was done. Store manager contacted me and expressed that she was extremely upset that I contacted corporate, and was very dismissive and rude. Never use Walmart Automotive Care!

They may save you money upfront but you'll end up paying someone else to go behind them. They do the bare minimum and are very unprofessional. First they ignored me when I pulled in and keep in mind I had an appointment for a full set of tires. Once the tires were installed, all 4 had different tire pressures and they didn't reset the tpms sensors nor did they mention that was something extra. It seems like that would be given on a brand new set of tires. Oh well, I'm off to have the professionals do it along with an alignment in which they don't even offer.

Love these guys they work really hard always get my work done here and it's done correctly never had an issue I see a lot of people complaining about waiting for a long time but when you have five cars in front of you what do you expect they only have so many workers and do their best you got my business

Do not take ur car here to get worked on. This kid Josh lied and said he offered us a choice of tire and was not helpful. Extremely rude. He also damaged my tire even more and drove around while my tire was on the rim. The manager on duty did not help at all. Proceeded to not acknowledge me whenever I asked him a question. So I do not recommend this Walmart at all.

Terrible as per usual with any Walmart auto I’ve ever been to. I don’t know why I keep giving Walmart chances. Ordered a tire and paid installation for it and the guy said they wouldn’t put the tire on because of a broken stud. Okay I get that, store policy or whatever. But it was how he made it so difficult to get an answer and a refund and just kept talking down to us when we didn’t even argue against them not doing the service. I hate Walmart and Walmart automotive, I will never be back and I’m swearing by that.

Good prices on tires. Service on the other hand….you get what you pay for. Took my Lexus RX350 to get four new tires and it took them over two hours. Along with a technician literally complaining to me about having to install and balance new tires on my car.

Very poor service . I had to find somone to write up my Service Order. Rude team members in the Shop area. No one wearing name badges to be identified. They didnt call me to inform me oil change couldn't be completed on my car .They also didnt call when my car was ready.

Customer service and the price can’t be beat! I paid less than average for 4 brand new tires and an oil change. I was there for about 45 minutes and all 4 tires are under warranty.

Employees are rude. Seem to care little about your business. They will walk right passed you without even as much as acknowledging you. They act entitled. I do not recommend.

Spent an hour waiting for an oil change just to be told they didn’t have the correct filter in stock. Should’ve checked that when I first arrived and saved us both the hassle. Everyone seemed to work at their own pace in no rush to help or get things done. The technician was rude and thought it was funny to joke about cleaning the windshield after wasting an hour of my time. Won’t recommend or come back.

Technicians quickly completed the intake process, took my phone number, texted me when it was completed, The only issue I had was the lack of customer service with the manager once I arrived to checkout. He looked at me while I was standing at the register and didn't make any effort to approach until the store phone rang; even then he hesitated as if he wanted to continue stacking boxes 😒. Then he answered the phone and told me to hold on. I was happy with the entire process until then, I actually left a bit upset. I will return in the future but I'll try to avoid this manager at all cost.

Employees are soooo lazy! Ive been here two times and they are rude! They do not want to do the job. If they are unhappy to work at their current job they need to not take it on the customer! Do your job and be nice.

Got up early and arrived at 7 am to get tires before heading to work. First customer there and the worker told me he couldn't do any tire work until 8:30. Why open at 7 if you're not going to serve your customers?

Horrible and Rep Brooke was very rude. They (as all of them) act like they can't look up nothing until they see your vehicle. When my car was finally ready they text me so I waited 20 mins no call so I called and told it was ready.. Worse customer service Ever. Walmart Trussville

I'd accidentally ordered the wrong tires but they were able to help me get the correct ones, install them & chg the oil with very little wait time. They were very nice & helpful with the situation.

Terrible. They couldn't get my oil plug off after waiting a hour. Went to Express Oil Change and they got it right off.
