I would give a zero start if I could. Very poor mechanics and customer service. Messed up with oil change, severe leakage problem after the change. As I bring back to the shop, they said it is the old oil that is being drained. It turns out it was leaking all new oils and I had to redo the oil change at a dealer shop. Never ever coming back.

Worst place you can go. A tire change with appointment took almost 3h and they were sitting by the car talking and not working. Crazy how they dont care about customers. I’d love if google had zero stars.

Omg what a horrible service person. There is someone answering the phone with a thick accent and very little knowledge of english. Jeesh to get some clear details on pricing was so difficult to understand and ask clear and concise questions and answers from. I wouldnt dare go to this location if they have such a horrible service answering the phone for questions.

2 hours for an oil change. Majority of the 2 hrs the mechanics weren’t working on my car. But got it done in 30 mins after I complained it reached 2hrs. I left at 7:30pm when I had a set appointment at 5 lol Auto care closes at 7pm

I am so disappointed of their service ! When I arrived , there were several mechanics , no one of them working in any car . I arrived at 7:30 am . The lady , that btw was not very friendly , told me that the waiting time would be an hour . I waited and waited and did not see my car inside . I went to check what was going on … it was until I went to the front desk that they started on my car . More than an hour the waiting time

The greeter Jaime G. was very kind and got us checked in very quickly. Our technician Leonardo C. did very well in taking great care of our car as well as getting things done in and efficient matter. Great service for a great price! Very much appreciated!

I've been calling the Norwood store for over half an hour trying to get information. I've called several different departments and the "operator" and no one will pick up the phone. Its past 9 am, they've been open for hours, does anyone work there?

Been in my car for almost 30 mins and none came to ask me what I was there for. Also, they seems like doing nothing. T wo guys and none was doing anything just hanging on they computer 🖥️. Walmart needs to fire these guys.

Never ever get a service from this place. I got my battery changed here and it didn’t even last 4 months and they kept saying there’s no problem with the battery even tho I went to Autozone and their tester said it’s bad battery. I guess they didn’t wanna replace it with my warranty.They wasted my time and money.

Same old story , came in to get one tire changed they told me 1.5 hours, I sat and waited 1.5 later they told me it would be another 1.5 hours and if I didn’t wanna wait I could just leave.unless you want your time wasted avoid coming here

The gentleman that helped me was awesome, I didn't get his name. I was waiting in line and the guys who were initially in the bay just kept looking at me but didn't come and help so I went inside and the two black males that were at the register advised me that they should come to the car and I explained they just kept looking at me and did not help so they took it upon their selves to help me. I never been there before so first time and didn't know what to do. Glad I went in to try and check in because I would not have known what to do. Thanks to the two guys.

Worst customer service ever seen. Called 5 times, never occupied but only answered one time, asked for information and put me on hold for 30 mins. I just want to cancel my order. Even a bot can do a better job.

I visited this location on a Wednesday and arrived at 4pm to ask if they had time for a battery replacement. I spoke to Fernando and received really friendly service. I was surprised given the low ratings here, but I understand many people only write reviews to give low ratings. So I was told there were two people ahead of me and it would be a 2 hour wait. The check in process was seamless and they sent me a text saying my vehicle was checked in. They sent me another text 10 minutes later to notify me the service has been started. I did my grocery shopping and the service was finished within 1 hour. I was pleasantly surprised how quick it was (mostly because of coming in with low expectations) and I checked out quickly as well. Really appreciate the friendly and seamless service provided by Fernando. I did try calling the auto care center multiple times to try and get an appointment but never got through. This was the case for multiple Walmart auto care centers around Austin as well. So this was the only frustrating part. I ended up just showing up, I think it is first come-first serve for battery replacements anyway. Also there is a small waiting room you can sit in while you wait.

Slow. Auto personnel intentionally work as slow as possible. An hour to change oil after in garage. 2 hours to put on 2 tires. Saw the same treatment of other customers. But the price is lowest. Don't know how they can afford it.
