I went there to get my frontal tires changed, WHAT A GOOD SERVICE, i went early and they gave me an appointment for the afternoon , they explain to me everything about what kind of tires they have there and the prices, very friendly staff , all the process took between 40 minutes and 1 hour, I am very pleased, I will definitely return for other services, 100% recommended

no one will answer the phone!! been calling for over 15 minutes

I've called the auto care center at 2PM on Nov 20th to get a tire change service. A female worker answered me with unacceptable bad attitude. And she just hung off the phone without any reason right after I need a flat tire on my vehicle. I was on emergency situation and have to tow my vehicle to that location and I got so frustrated for rudeness and horrible service at the location. It is not just a connection problem as I tried to call back several times but never picked up the phone. Whoever answered the phone at 2PM Nov 20th should not work anymore to enhance quality of service of this location.

If you only care about price and not being treated like a human being, any sort of flexibility, and think you can get by on the bare minimum of competence, this is the place for you. You are a number on a screen and that is all.

I’ve been parked here for 10 minutes & 5 different guys walk by but none of them greeted or asked what I needed. Very rude & poor customer service. Then, when I tried to get out of the car to go inside to Walmart to get someone to help, the worker yelled at me to stay in my car. Horrible service here.

Do not ever get your vehicle serviced at Walmart, tech ridge, ESPECIALLY IF you have a 2023 Nissan Rogue. They damaged the drain plug on the oil pan by over tightening the drain plug. Any lube technician knows not to get crazy tight with the drain plug, they should only be snug. As a result of this, I have to replace the entire oil pan ($500+), I’m without a vehicle, paying for transportation, and absolutely disturbed by the way I am being treated by the employees, crystal, carina and Norman. The Walmart employees are trying to discredit another mechanic and myself by not owning the liability of their incompetence. When I left from the service in June they didn’t even put the skid plate back on after changing the oil.

To my surprise, I was able to book a same day appointment at Walmart for a 4 tire installation. When I arrived at the auto center the employee told me that it would be a 2hr. wait because someone the online system allowed me and another person to book an appointment at the same time. The employee didn't seem upset or frustrated, and was able to retrieve my information and his other appointment within 10 minutes of my arrival. Not even 20 minutes into my wait, I was shocked because I received a text saying my vehicle was being checked in. Despite being double booked I'm so grateful and pleased that not only did it not take 2 hours but they were able to install all 4 tires within the the hour I was originally given when I made my appointment.

ABSOLUTE SCAM. Tire was repairable, damage was NOT to the side wall. "Hole too big" it was a standard nail. DO NOT GO HERE.

Got there a whole hour before closing for a flat tire repair, no one else in line, they refused to do it. Said they weren't doing those rn.

I have been using different Walmart auto care shops for long time. but I never seen any shops like this shop. the most useless shop ever. I don't know why they are noy closing this store. the manager is useless.

I usually have pretty low expectations from Walmart just because it’s Walmart, but this location’s auto center was fine for a new car battery installation. Waited in line for about ten minutes as the only employee (Calvin) at the register was assisting another customer. He helped to confirm my car battery purchase and was able to refund me for the core battery recycling. Went back out and pulled the car around, where another technician was able to remove and install my new car battery within five minutes. Overall took about twenty minutes and I was out of there. Good job Walmart and thank you Calvin!

They made me wait 2 hours, they attended another customers before me when they were obviously late in line - in front of me - and at the end of the day they told me that they didn’t have the tire I needed

Don’t even bother trying to get service here unless you go at the break of dawn. They close 4-6 hours before their posted closing time every single day. I was told to come before three, so I came at 1:45 the next day. They said they were closing so they couldn’t service me (this is nearly 5 and a half hours before posted closing time. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The place seems to be severely short staffed.. so much that the supervisor decided not to provide lube services on a Sunday since one worker didn't show up. It's actually a problem with all Walmart auto care centers and not this one in particular. Think of going there only if you have lot of time to kill as they would make even simple jobs seem like eternity.

You can get the same quality of service here for an oil change (Full Synthetic) for $60 vs. going to Valvoline for $100.
