Will never ever return here. Should have known my oil change good luck would eventually run out. After working on my car (saw it in the bay, hood up, etc) for almost 30 mins, all of sudden there’s “previous damage” and a “broken oil gasket” preventing them from changing the oil. When I said there’s been no oil leaks or problems in the preceding months, their story kept changing and I left. Long story short, an oil leak started almost immediately after leaving and now I’m out almost $1800 to replace the oil pan. Would Walmart take any responsibility?! Of course not. Please learn from my bad choice and AVOID COMING HERE.

Had tires installed here and less than a week later the air valve stem fell off. I had to still pay for the repair.

Awful customer service and very incompetent staff. I arrived at 4:45pm and had a tire repair appointment. Despite being told it wouldn’t take long, I waited nearly 2 hours without any progress. At 6:30pm, I was informed they couldn’t service my car because they closed at 7pm and management didn’t approve overtime. The next morning, I went to Freddy’s Tire Shop nearby and had a much better experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

It was the worst service experience that I can remember! We have been Walmart Plus members for the past two years and this experience has made me question if I really care to continue. We needed four new tires for our car, which our son is using while he is away at college. We decided to give Walmart a try since the price and tires met our needs, and Walmart Plus adds some additional perks. We scheduled the appointment on Sunday for a Thursday install, only to find out the tires hadn't arrived. Our son arrived 30 minutes before his scheduled appointment time. We contacted customer support and were told that FedEx found a problem with the tires. FedEx? Really? The store employee told my son they would look and see what they had, low and behind, they had those exact tires available. Customer service said there was no way for them to cancel the other tires and refund our money because of a "temporary hold" that they place on automotive purchases. We would have to purchase these other tires and the install on another transaction, then wait 24-48hrs for a refund on the initial purchase. Fine. My son proceeded to wait in the store to have his tires installed. He has already been there since approximately 2:30p. With an appointment time at 3:00pm, no problem right? Wrong! The car was not complete until 7:00pm! Our son has an exam the following day and needs to study. Instead he is spending 4 and half hours waiting at Walmart! Why? Because the automotive department says his appointment was canceled and they were treating him as a walk-in! The appointment wasn't canceled by us! The appointment could only have been canceled by Walmart's system. So a system issue was to blame? A Walmart system issue? What about the fact that the automotive department knew he had been there since 2:30pm and had an appointment? Since his car still wasn't ready, I called at 6:25pm to speak with a manager and spoke with Richard, who is probably overworked and underpaid, to demand my son's vehicle get finished immediately. I was told the car would be ready in 15 minutes. I demanded a call back from Richard when it was complete. No call back until 7:04pm. I understand that they needed to complete the paperwork but 30 minutes isn't 15 minutes! And after already spending over 4 hours plus the time my wife had to spend nearly 2 hours on the phone with customer service...enough is enough. Far to much time was wasted. I regret deviating from our usual automotive service provider. My son is stressed beyond belief and exhausted from this ordeal. This was horrible! Seriously Walmart...where is the value in being a Walmart Plus member? Thanks for the $5 pittance store credit. What a joke! I expect better recompense!

Wait times are unrealistic! READ THE REVIEWS… this place sucks….Appointments don't matter. The place is understaffed and some employees are super rude. Management here must be absolutely terrible. Walmart needs step in clean house or they will continue to lose business. Got there at 10am and finally got my car at 5pm. Went here to save money but it’s not worth the wait time or hassle. Go somewhere else amigos 😆✌️🫡

Appointments don't matter. The place is understaffed and under-skilled. My appointment was for tire installation. 4 hrs after the appointment time, they still hadn't even started. There was 1 dude in front of me for tires that had an appointment and hour before me. His car started after he waited 90min and was finishing up when I bailed. It literally took them 3.5 hours to complete his car Listen to the reviews.

Had me wait indefinitely even though I had an appointment. Employee told that he will help me in 5-10 minutes but he proceeded to do other things and after 30 minutes of waiting, there was no sign of him. Other cars were waiting there as well, untouched. Looks like they’re severely mismanaged or understaffed.

Tried to get my oil changed. Dropped off the car, walked around for an hour. Came back to check on things and they hadn’t even started on my car. They were not busy. While I was waiting to talk to someone about my car, saw two technicians arguing pretty loudly. Another technician was walking around asking other techs trying to figure out which filter to use. I don’t think the guys here know what they’re doing. You’re better off paying the premium for jiffy lube or valvoline. They usually have coupons you can claim online.

I went to get an oil change from the Walmart located near me. I find out that they denied service because the cap was screwed on too tightly by the last people who completed my oil change. I told them that they were the last ones to complete my oil change. They grab a manager who stated that because I didn’t get another oil change within the 3 months that he will not do anything. I do not drive my car very often so that would be like changing my every 500 miles. They stated that making a claim was a waste of time but they would do it if I really wanted too. When I stated that I would still like a claim he keep saying it was pointless because I obviously had someone else complete the oil change (this was not the case). One of the workers proceeded to laugh at me for asking for a claim and I left shortly after as they made me feel humiliated. If you’re a women trying to receive car service do not come as they will not only try to gaslight you about your car but also laugh it your face.

Leo in automotive is a very unprofessional auto tech. Gave big attitude when joking about getting an oil change an hour before close. I should have read the reviews it obviously takes 3hours to do a simple oil change with no one in front of me they were all on there phones and being lazy...

Terrible service; came in to replace my tires and they tried to charge me for a service I never approved of. I had already paid online! Then when they brought Marco, I assume a manager, he tried threatening us that they would remove my tires if I didn’t pay the extra services. We pressed to get it in writing and eventually he removed the charges but I shouldn’t have to go through so many hoops to get that removed. I don’t remember her name, but a woman named Naya or something like that, was disgustingly rude, it must be so sad to be that miserable.

Omar was amazing! He went above and beyond by accommodating my vehicle after I was late to my appointment due to issues with a towing company. Although he was busy he helped fix my flat tire.

Yesterday I took my car in for a routine service, and I was incredibly disappointed with the service I received. Not only was the air intake hose damaged during the visit, but the staff failed to inform me of this issue. This oversight could have led to serious engine problems or even put my safety at risk while driving. Transparency and communication are key in automotive service, and it's unfortunate that these were not provided. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and implement changes to ensure that no other customer has to face a similar situation.

You'll be on hold and you can audibly hear them in the background not doing anything. Keep giving you the runaround in terms of appointments. Never and I mean NEVER do they answer their phones or address anything over the phone. Which is funny because then you go in person and they tell you to do everything online.

Came here with a dead battery. The worker I worked with was friendly and helpful. Despite being fairly busy they got it finished quickly, I think once they saw I was just going to do it myself, installing a battery isn't hard, they moved it up in line and the wait got short enough for me to just shop and let them do the free install. Easier that way anyhow. Just enough time to wander the store a bit and try a couple things on and it was done. Now my car starts again, yay!

Muy mal servicio. Llegué a las 7am. Me tocó esperar hasta las 7:35am que me atendieran... Cuando me tocó pasar me dicen que debo esperar 2 horas porque acababa de llegar una persona que tenía cita a las 7am. Osea llegó tarde y lo meten delante de mi.. no lo recomiendo.

I normally don’t post reviews but I must say something because this place is absolute hell. I had four tires changed and it took 4 hours. They couldn’t figure out what tires I ordered or if they were in stock, so I had to stay in their smelly waiting room the entire time to answer their questions. They had about 10 employees and I never really saw anyone doing any work. For the love of god go to a real auto shop.
