So frustrated with this location. I've used them in the past in a pinch when I just need something minor like a tire rotation or an oil change. This was as poor of an experience as I could have had. I showed up and they told me there would be an hour maybe an hour and a half wait, so I stuck around rather than catching a ride back to work. Three and a half hours later, they finally get to my truck just to tell me that they can't change my oil because the filter is too tight. They maybe tried to get the filter off for one minute before they told me they couldn't do anything. It was obvious they were trying to wrap their day up because they weren't taking any new cars. I went straight from Walmart to another place and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and they had no problem getting the filter off. This place wasted an entire afternoon for no reason. And they made absolutely no attempt to try to rectify the situation. I would avoid at all costs.

Went to go get my oil changed and waited for an hour without them even moving my car forward. Finally went to ask how long it would be and was told 3-4 hours. Not mad because of the wait time because I understand that is out of their control sometimes, but it seemed like something I should have been told up front when I was getting checked in like they do at restaurants when there is a wait. Total lack of courtesy and consideration for others time

I recently had the worst experience at this automotive service center. They took an unreasonable amount of time to complete simple repairs, which was incredibly frustrating. On top of that, the staff were extremely rude, especially a guy named Loyd. His attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. I would not recommend this place.

Mr. Lloyd went above and beyond installing a new battery for my Honda on a very busy and hot Saturday. He was so helpful and courteous. I didn"t make an appointment, but he did the sale and install, and I was on my way in no time! I am so grateful. Thank you!

I have come to Walmart to put a patch on my tire with an appointment scheduled 1 week ago, the hole is in the middle of the tire and they tell me that I need a new tire for the love of God, of being a bad store auto care, they are going to get worse, I recommend that you come to the Firestone Autocare store, which is 1 block away. They are friendlier to the customer and they repaired my tire here...

You get what you pay for. Lazy service that'll make you wait hours to get the most simple job done. It'll take up to 30 minutes just to get someone at the counter. Literally

Don't go there! Terrible service. Very disrespectful with the clients. I went to purchase 4 tires for my mother's car. We checked in at 11:44 am. They told us it was going to be ready in about 2 hours, time we stayed walking in the store. About 3 hours later they told us THEY HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING! Because two or three clients had appointments and we didn't, so they worked with them. If I wanted the work I should wait another 1 to 2 hours. I want to let everybody know that I had called before to request an appointment and the representative told me THEY DIDN'T DO APPOINTMENTS. When I talked with the manager Lloyd, I heard the most stupid and unprofessional excuses like it was "not his fault", "he didn't take the call", etc. Why in hell this dumb didn't tell me that before? If you have appointments and my car will not be ready before 3 to 4 hours, why you didn't say so? Specially having to be in the store with my mother, who is a senior person, who deserves respect. Don't go there!

I recently went to Walmart car service for an oil change. On the website, it said that the price for a “Full-synthetic oil” change was $44.88 and that it included the following services: Battery performance check Air filter check Wiper blade check Transmission fluid check Washer fluid check & fill Power steering fluid check Differential fluid check However, when I got to the store, they told me that they only had a “Premium full-synthetic oil” option, which cost $54.88. They also did not perform any of the additional services listed on the website. They did not even reset the service warning on the odometer. I was very disappointed and frustrated with this service. I felt like I was misled by the website and overcharged by the store. I chose the full-synthetic oil because I wanted to take good care of my car and get the best value for my money. The additional services were also important for the maintenance and safety of my car. I would like to request a refund for the difference in price and an explanation for why the website and the store did not match. I would also like to receive the additional services that I paid for but did not get. I hope that Walmart will improve its car service quality and customer satisfaction in the future.

I walked in and asked to have two tires changed. After not hearing anything from them for 3 hours I called the center and they said my car was done, when I went back up there to pickup my car and pay I realized they actually only changed one tire. I waited 3.5 hours for only one tire to be changed and when I asked why only one tire was done they said “Can you wait another 2 hours for the next one” Absolutely not. Almost 4 hours wasted and they wanted me to wait multiple more hours because of a mistake on their end. No discount offered just a “sorry, you can pay now” Horrible service
