Please beware especially if you’re a WOMAN a single parent, or just a person struggling already as it is in this expensive world do not ever trust this Walmart!!!! I went to Walmart because my tire was flat, since i work across the street i thought it would be the best option, knowing i wouldn’t make it anywhere else. When I pulled in at around 5pm a Hispanic male that checked me in got my information told me that he saw a warranty and that it would take an hour in half I had no problem with waiting. I really just wanted to get it patched or get a new tire. I waited about 20 minutes and another employee a white male approached me in waiting area and said ma’am your tire is not fixable, you will need a new tire. I asked about warranty and he said well I will need to process it before I could tell you okay well yes I want to know my tire is flat I cant go anywhere (I mean you told me it’s not fixable I was thinking my car already in garage up and tire off) no I go outside and my car still in parking lot where I left it. Still not a problem I just want my tires fixed but I’m thinking how you know it’s not fixable by just looking at it. So he pulls it in comes back & says there is no warranty oh ok well not sure what or why the guy that checked me in told me but ok. I asked why is it not patchable he says there’s a nail ok can I see where the nail is, he says yes and I start walking he says well hold on, he then goes to proceed to lift my car and started looking at the tire like he stalling, well the guy that checked me in walks up and the white male says there’s no warranty on her tire I looked and she wants to see where the nail is. The Hispanic male never talks to me he goes to my car with the white male & they both looking at my tire and seems like they can’t find the nail. Hmmm, the Hispanic male walks past me inside never says a word & the white male then tells me there is no nail, your valve stent is broke, he then says you want that replaced um yea again I’m there for a flat tire which I purchased my tires at a Walmart but not that Walmart and he’s asking me do I want it replaced. Now here is the problem Not only did they never apologize but the Hispanic male was one of there managers. They really are out here scamming people I was too tired to argue or act crazy. Instead I’m writing my review going to call the general manager call the news outlet because this is pure evil, people are struggling. Walmart is a multi million dollar company and you telling me y’all as mangers are lying to people to make more money or trying to pocket money for yourself. Whatever it is it’s evil and Walmart needs to really do something because this is not right. They seen a female and thought I was dumb and I wouldn’t ask any questions I feel I was targeted and I will not just sit back and let this happen again, who knows how many times this manger has done this it’s a sad world we live in.

Was told install would take 45-60 minutes. Took 2.5 hours. They also dangerously over inflated a 36 psi tire to 45. WTH

Save yourself time effort and money. Never purchase automotive needs from Walmart. Slow, lackluster service. Zero accountability. I purchased a tire rotation plan a few years back with new tires. By this point I've far surpassed the cost of initial service plan, but the time I've waste haggling and speaking to uneducated associates makes the service plan a mooted point. About a year ago I was told I'm not allowed to make a reservation to get them rotated, instead I can wait until an opening appears. I was also told from a different shop that I can make an appointment by installing tires but they cancel the reservation if you don't purchase tires. Don't shop here unless you are looking to be disappointed, time wasted and job half way done.

Bought a battery and they installed it .5 days later my car died . Found out it was cause the battery was loose .Guess Walmart dont know how to install battery .Had to pay to get my car started cause i was stranded.No more will i trust Walmart .

Really good prices, but the online ordering needs work. There isn't much cross training on the online orders, curbside, and just walk in.There is an overall hold on the purchases on credit card, and it doesn't fall off until all items have been delivered. You are charged separately on the individual items as they come in, so there is what looks to be a double hit on your credit card for a while if there are pending items(delay in delivery). It's not a huge deal unless you spend a lot and there is one item with a delay. You have to wait for initial hold to fall off untill all items are delivered. Past and pending orders are a little sketchy too on the app.

COREY THE MANAGER IN TRAINING WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO TAKE CARE OF MY BATTERY THAT I PURCHASED A YEAR AGO!! His CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTENTIVENESS WAS VERY MUC APPRECIATIVE. HE WILL BE A GREAT ASSET TO THE AUTO TEAM AT WALMART!!!

Corporate has no control over operating hrs in the Auto Care Center. They open at 9 am. When on the web it's under the impression it opens at 7 am. like all other stores. And it allows to schedule during non operating hours, which is no help. I hope you read this Corporate.. thank you

I'm leaving one star not because the job isn't done right or anything they actually do a great job. I been coming to this Walmart to get my oil change for 3 years now. I'm complaining about a worker his name is Spencer. I came to Walmart to get nmy usual oil change and they recently changed the rules. You don't go up to the counter and request a oil change any more you talk to one of the people who work on the cars to make a appointment. I made my appointment for today and I still don't know the new rules because they don't tell you. I come in at 10:43 am way before my appointment and nobody is at the counter I rang for assistance and Spencer shows up. I tell him I have an appointment at 11am and he rudely with attitude told me they will be able to check in me outside with the mechanics I said ok there is nobody there and again rudely responded they are out there go look for them and to stand by the gate so they can see you and help you. I was very displeased and felt very disrespected that he sent me to go look for the people instead of coming to help me to look for someone. I stood there for 10 min and finally got helped.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. The worst customer service ever!! Really rude and disrespectful. Nothing of what I asked and paid for was done. Terrible terrible place to take your car. They don’t respect appointments, I had my appointment at 9:00 am and showed up at 8:45. They didn’t open until 9:30 am and took 3 hours to change my tire. Spencer is a man who gave terrible attitude and service at front desk, bad bad organization. 0/10.

Poor experience at the time of requesting a oil change, SPENCER. I came to do oil change on 2 vehicles and he keeps asking on witch vehicle, staring and raising his voice at me., I ask him why the attitude.? His answer was, “because I am asking on witch vehicle!! “ He cannot explain that he has register one vehicle at the time or something different. !? I request another person to attend me instead since is not the first time that has give me attitude. I believe he is been raíces against Hispanic community.

They don't have their staff or ppl coordinated or working together. Can't even call there to talk to anyone. Was a constant shopper there for 20 yrs because of value, and our budget. But they lost over 1000.00 dollars of sales in truck tires due to just lack of constant attention in customer service and lack of care.

They need to update their auto service hours. I've gone twice in the last year, well before 7, and they're closed. I finally called after the 2nd time and the lady over the phone confirmed they're closing at 5 due to being short staffed. I understand being short staffed, but I don't understand not updating hours. It's bad business having misinformation on the web and wasting potential clients time and gas. Is it hard to update Google business hours? Either way is a business and hours should be updated accordingly.

Took 4 hours instead of 2 ,almost missed my appointment, and had to walk to my appointment. However, they fixed the AC after all. It wasn't that the job took too long , it was the manager had to do it because the rest were not certified. Over all I am happy of the result.

Was quoted 2.5 hours. Took over 3 hours to get my oil changed. Didn’t have high mileage in stock the last two times I’ve came to get my oil changed. Save yourself the anger and try somewhere else.

Went in on 04/16/2023 at 4pm. The guy at the front desk was extremely unhelpful and sent us home to remove our battery. We went home and did so, came back with the battery and he refused to accept the warranty I have on my battery purchased through them (I have a receipt with proof). Unfortunately didn’t get his name, but he looked to be Latino, and had short black hair. Someone with a bad attitude like that should NOT be in customer service.
