I got a tire replaced here and they were courteous and open about the wait..This was after a big snowstorm here, so, people had all kinds of issues from batteries to tires and they were handling everyone's situation very professionally..I know this location gets slammed regularly and the wait times can be long. But, I feel the service was of great quality and there's a reason they've been around for a long time on Gresham Rd..Just like to say thanks to everyone who works in the Auto Center. Your hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed!

I've never used a walmart for automotive but decided to try it out today. I got there and waited in line for 30 mins (no big deal). Finally hand off my car and I had to ask where I should be waiting. I go inside and find a bench and others around me had been also waiting over an hour. I finally get up after 1.5 hours and ask the front desk guy and he says they won't touch my car because the oil seal on my car is leaking... What a waste of time and zero communication. Don't bring your car here. I know I won't.

On December 2 2024, I was travelling during Thanksgiving from Florida. My tire pressure sensor was on. I walked in as the agent was helping another customer. The agent didn't greet me. I had purchased the tires from Walmart in Florida two months ago. After the car was checked in, I checked on my status .The service was stopped. The store didn't call me to advise why it was stopped so I called the store. The agent answering the phone told me they didn't have my car without even asking for my information. I provided my information. He stated the service was stopped because I have a warped rim. The service paperwork from Walmart shows none of the tires were inspected. It stated I had locking lug nuts that I did not have on the rims. I took the car to a rim specialist. They checked the rim. The rim specialist advised there is no problem with the rim. Apparently the tech didn't check the tire. The tire pressure on the tire was filled to 40 while the car manufacturer states tire pressure should be 32. The Walmart tech reset the sensor. I had to take the care to a reputable auto service center to get the help I needed. I was so disappointed in this auto service center. They wasted my time and delayed my trip back to Florida.

Reserve one star for the accent of the front desk. I really can’t understand her accent. Reserve another star for the very limited choice of tires. Either really good ones or the cheapest one? Don’t get fooled by their website. It’s all fake about the stock.

I thought I would have to wait a long time but, I only waited 20 minutes when they got to my car. It was about 3 to 4 cars in front of me but they were moving fast the whole ordeal only took no more than 30 minutes. Well Done Wal-Mart!!!!

Walmart auto center you need to work on your logistics. Every time I try to visit the auto center there is a ridiculous long line, workers don’t check in with cars to update them, customers have to wait in their cars for workers to get ready instead of being able to grocery shop or do other things we have to sit in our car wasting gas, heat and or a/c. WALMART you need to work this out! I made a 7:30 appointment only to still have to wait entirely too long to be acknowledged or serviced.

Worst experience ever people are racist to people from other nations I just scheduled an regular oil change was late by an hour due to the Time Zone coming from Alabama These people say to purchase an oil filter from the shop and they will charge regular price for oil change . I would not recommend any foreigner to come here for any services here.

Came in at 12:46 and these people refused to change out a battery because they had too many cars. It takes 5mins to change a battery I’m disgusted stop trying to find excuses for standing around looking stupid

I was there at first they could not find my tire measurements. I said please I just put air. The rep looked and finally found one I was so happy. This place they get the job done. Thankyou!

Appointment made @12 to put on tires. My account claimed it as pick up @12:10. Then they couldn’t find me in the system so they couldn’t give me my tires. Made me call corporate for them to tell me that I have to talk to the manager at the shop. Manager I think continued to say he couldn’t find me, and I got lucky a supervisor came by as she went on break and he asked her that the system is saying they already dispensed me my tires and what he should do, and she said if the system says that his tires have been dispensed then dispense his tires. Not even 5 minutes after that, I signed for the tires and they got my keys. They then called me to tell me that they could only put on 3/4 of my tires. This whole ordeal took over two hrs unnecessarily.

Always get my oil changed there. Very professional, friendly people to assist you. You also receive a printout of the work done, and recommendations if necessary. Have to come early because there will be a line, but you get good service. They also. Check, sell, and mont tires you buy there and get air for low tire pressure.

I came on 7/25 at 820 am. It was one car in front of me. I told the guy I need to get my oil leaked fixed and tires rotated and balanced. At 10 am I went back to the desk because I saw cars slipped me! This dude gonna say oh, we don’t fix oil leaks and you’ll have to wait till 11 am I am beyond irritated because I could have gave my time and business to someone else

I do not recommend going to this location until they get management and people better trained. If you can find another location for Walmart to change your oil check your tires I suggested I sent someone there a while back to get a tire and they had a problem then I went with a warranty tire and had a problem with oil change you must look at it yourself because these guys don't do what they're supposed to they put different mileage on each time so please go to another one if you can and if you do go please take a booklet that you write down everything on your car before and after they do it check it before you leave this is a bad location

If it wasn’t an emergency I would’ve never came here. I hate the service & turn around time. They’re slow, unprofessional, and took two hours for one single tire. Never in my 27 years of living in Atlanta have I waited that long for a tire change. I watch them do oil change after oil change after oil change. I will never come back here again. If my life depended on it, I’d STILL WOULDN’T COME HERE.

Truly deserves 0 stars for insulting service- waited nearly 3 hours on a Friday morning to get one tire replaced. I came at 8:30 and finally left after 11 as I saw countless other frustrated customers who waited even over 4+ hours for service. Staff that did engage with customers were reluctant and rude. There were 4 mechanics there- yet even the auto care manager Jeremy walked around with no sense of urgency. Save your time and dignity- this location does not care about you or doing any task efficiently. I wish I saw the countless other heinous reviews this location has before I wasted my time. Walmart customer service/management needs to seriously get this in check and take responsibility.

I just had a 3pm schedule appointment today and was received by long lines and horrible customer service. And Associate had me to drive around to a service Bay that had bunch of tires in it and no service! I pulled off because I was on my lunch break and no one was servicing me. What's a point making an appointment if my appointment time was not granted? The worse Walmart experience ever! Gresham road Wal-Mart had lost me as a customer for good!

I was hesitant to get tires after reading the reviews but so many of them were from years ago so I decided to take my chances. I'm glad I did. Called before stopping by to make sure they had my exact tires. When I arrived, checkin was quick and easy. The young lady at the counter was pleasant. In and out in about 45 mins. Also, the store was well stocked and very clean.

Didn't have the filter to do an oil chnage on a toyota, told me I could go get the filter from an autoshop and bring it in and they'll do the oil change. Effectively wasted 30 minutes of my time because I had to bring in the part they should have had. Then I had to wait in line for another hour in addition to what I had to wait for the first time I pulled in.

I purchased tires online for pickup and install at store on Gresham. They said there was a problem with my rear driver side tire wont come off and advised they could only install one tire. This cancelled the dusl wareanty I added online because they couldnt install the tire. I immediately went down the street to the nearest tire shop, which put my tire on in under 10 mins.

Two hours for what I was told would take “twenty to thirty minutes.” They couldn’t change my oil, because apparently the bolts they need to remove are stripped. Funny enough, they were the last people to change my oil. Will not be returning to this location.

I’ve seen them turn people away numerous times for TPMS light on- when people can’t afford a better tire shop… you get what you pay for. Got a cheap oil change and now I have rainbow (leak) under my car… I assume they just over filled it. And I didn’t check the level like I should have… doin my own oil from here on out. Also had them over fill my tires to 90psi- which is extremely dangerous and can cause blow outs & serious accidents. -just wish this place wasn’t so sh1tty

Let me say I detest shopping at Walmart. But because I'm a frugal saver I choose them for price of new tires. I neefef to get my tire repaired that I purchased less than 90 days ago a nightmare. I didn't have my receipt. My name was in their system but no purchase. The previous supervisor was less than patient when trying to help me. The value & lost of time will send me elsewhere next time.My rating is a 5 because Supervisor T.J. finally took the time to clear up records from previous owner vs. My records. Put stems on my tires that paid for & never got, the first timeThanks Supervisor T.J. for helping expeditiously.
