Had to come back 3 times for issues with my tires. they still kept the caps to go over my Lugnuts. I never got those back.

Don't come here unless you have no choice. I waited for 15+ minutes to get checked in while the crew laughed and joked about nonsense. Absolutely ridiculous. When I was checked in the gentleman was very quick and friendly.

I waited 25 minutes just for them to take my information and they just stood there and watch me. They are unprofessional & it’s a waste of time. Take your money somewhere else. These guys are gettin paid just to be there. Worse customer service in the world!

Beware!!They donot honor their lifetime warranty on tires. And lied saying I would have to purchase 4 new tires bc the traction control sensor would go off. I would recommend Thomas Tire in Asheboro. They lie and even if you pay more to cover yourself they donot help or honor the warranty. That to me is theft. Beware donot do business with them.

Don't waste your time with these idiots. Can't even patch a tire correctly and told me to take it to another shop after it was still leaking. Also told me my road hazard was void because the tire wasn't wearing even. Biggest joke of a shop in Asheboro.

Had a terrible experience!! I had a slow leak in my tire, they patched it. Had another slow leak in the tire next time I drove my car, brought it back.... apparently the leak was coming from the hole they made to patch the first hole with. And they blamed the hole THEY made on something else. Told me to take it to another garage to patch it, so I did. The garage said Walmart messed up my tire beyond repair. We took it back to Walmart to tell them what happened and they shrugged their shoulders and said you should have brought it back to us so we could fix the repair..... um I did and you turned me down. I will NEVER get work done here ever ever again. Such sorry people that work here.

Been sitting here for over an hour they have several people out there but not everyone is working. It seems to me if everyone would work together people would get out of here faster. They are getting a lot of people piled up. They never used to be this slow.

I'm gonna give 3 stars only because they where polite and fast if you make an appointment do it after 9 am even though they say they open at 7 they usually don't open till about 8:30 am or 9am that was my only concern

Waited over 2 hours to have a tire repaired. Sent a text saying they were starting on it, but didn't get pulled into the garage until an hour later. The waiting room is the worst I've ever had to wait in at any auto repair shop. Hard , small folding chairs. No drinks or water, a TV that wasn't even turned on. Only enough room for 3 or 4 people to sit comfortably. My tires require 39 psi as the factory recommendation. My paper work stated tires were inflated to 35 psi. They let air out of my other tires that were good tires to bring them to 35. The tire they fixed was at 35, the others were 36,37,38. Overall wouldn't recommend this location for any services unless you just have a bunch of time to waste.

Your tires may or may not arrive after 3-4 weeks and then be automatically cancelled. Furthermore their hydraulic systems may go down indefinitely. Employees aren't the nicest here. They don't seem to be running the place very well. Seems like they don't really know how to deal with issues as they come. Inexperience? Apathy? Probably shouldn't be trusted.

if I could give this place negative. I would If you are a woman BEWARE! These people are predatory and try to take advantage of you if you are attempting to get any services done. Bring a male friend, your dad, your boyfriend IDC but someone because if you go alone they will screw you over. They triple charged me for a single item, asked for my tires to be replaced and they PUT IN THE WRONG SIZE OF TIRES causing damage to my own car.

Aaron could have sent me away bc I arrived 10 minutes to close of service. He agreed to take a look at the front tire for a leak and changed his mind. Both front tires were bald to the point of splitting, and one had a huge nail in it. He did the work right then to be sure I made it home safely. Good looking out, sir. Really appreciate it.

They usually have my oil change done in like 20 to 30 mins tops. I usually have to hurry and finish my grocery shopping just so I don't keep them waiting.

Our experience was a negative one unfortunately. There was only 2 people in front of us. We were there for almost 2 hours just for a simple oil change. When I looled out at the bay I saw our car wasnt there and asked. They had finished it and hadn't bothered to text us or come to the little waiting area to trll us it was ready. We had to figure it out ourselves. Other than that the actual service was fine.
