I have a 20yr old SUV that had a check engine light and exhaust system issue for 3 years and it wouldn’t pass smog. I would take my car to a friends dealer, they’d reset it, give me a passed smog paper, then immediately the lights would come on for another year. It was very frustrating. I finally decided to take it to a Toyota mechanic and assumed I’d shell out the rest of my savings to fix it, did some research and saw the great ratings and responses from customers so I had to try it out. It took a few weeks to get on the schedule due to winter holidays, but it was worth the wait! I took it in, and not even 2 hours later they called me back to pick it up. 2 exhaust lines were not put back properly during an oil change by a run-of-the-mill mechanic (which I will not be going back to). I got a full run down of the issue, with pictures before and after the repair. I was skeptical this was the solution because it seemed way to quick and easy, but when you go to an expert, you get what you pay for. I’m thrilled with the service I received from Wally’s, my car is back running great, no check engine lights, and now I know I have a place I can take the car that I trust I’ll get the quality care my old car needs to stay running smooth. Thank you very much to the staff and owners for your informative repair process, you’ve gained a new loyal customer.

TWO generations have been coming here for maintenance of this one car!! we're very happy with the car care, staff professionalism and continuing updating of all reports, internet notifications, rides home/pick-up, and even the customer waiting area. I especially place high value on the detailed and understandable explanations for EVERY car-care action they take. I believe an informed client is an appreciative one who will stay with a business. They took good care of me after another shop in town tried to steer me wrong their prices are fair the shop is clean even the bathroom their friendly personable and informative. Update 7/24 Continue to come here because I can trust them. They have made new improvements with a good website, online scheduling, and as always quick as they can be, clean, and helpful. Update 12/11/24 - still fantastic service

Horrible place to go for anything car related. Went there multiple times go get my car serviced $120-$140 to get my oil changed. Went to a different auto shop and got it replaced for less than $40. Allegedly they “fixed” my ac for $500 then it broke again 3 days later and told me i had to pay over $1,000 to get it “properly fixed.” Then I told him I'm still a college student and that I don't have that much money but because it’s summer I have to do it due to the heat. Then he went and reworded his statement to “i was just recommending it” after the payments went through. So i basically didn't have to pay for that service because he “recommend it” but he told me before the service; that I needed to pay over $1,000 for the part and labor thats going to “fix my ac” Stay away wouldn’t even recommend this place to anyone at all. Horrible place and scum of the earth scammers. Be aware I was even struggling financially because i was still in college barely making anything, and I told them about all that but they still scammed. They don't care about anything but money. I noticed also their main clients were also senior citizens. I hope that the senior citizens know what their getting into

I lived in Las Vegas 1984-1988 and Wally's was MY go to mechanic shop. I and my Honda( and my Acura new out in 1986) loved Wally's. I wish I had Wally's here and in the past years I've owned Honda's. (Honda/Acura owner since 1980). I've never forgotten Wally, his wife (who worked the office) and his kids...ALL of whom were nice, kind people. Thank you !!!

I took my LS430 to Wally's because it was having a parasitic battery drain issue that was very hard to trace. Before I took it into Wally's, my battery would fully drain in about 24hrs. I also needlessly replaced my alternator before taking my car in, but atleast it replaced now, lol. So, Wally's technician was able to trace the source of my battery drain and fix the problem. I picked up my car right before going on vacation and, after letting my car sit for 5 days, I came back home and started it right up. I couldn't be happier that the problem is now solved. I highly recommend Wally's Precious Auto Care for your Toyota and Honda service needs.

Jeff is a good guy at Precision where I recently had my service. I appreciate getting work done correctly and on 4 occasions Jeff at Precision was up for the task. I’d recommend Precision to anyone who cares about their car/truck.

Full service on my 2019 Rav 4. Have been using Wallys since early 90s. Professional, competent and fantastic value. Will not let the nice folks at "C" Toyota in LV ever rip me off again. If you own a Honda or Toyota, only use Wally's.

I was searching for an honest mechanic as I needed some work done on my Toyota. My friend Duane referred me to Wally's and so happy he did. Customer service 110%, workmanship 110%. They did an overall of my vehicle and included pictures on what needed to be done. They're family owned! I'm a customer since September 2023 and will continue.
