Absolutely no 'give' on their return policy. Called a few hours after purchase and was told they would absolutely not refund my money. They said if it was 'an hour or two' then that would be different but not four or so. Other than a small inconvenience to them they are completely inflexible. I don't care how long they have been in business! They have lost a customer and I will not recommend them to anyone else. Stupid way of doing business.

I have been dealing with Wallace Wade Specialty Tires for at least 30 years. I use them for personal and business use. Wallace and the staff are ALL outstanding!

I purchased 5 tires for my M38 Jeep. They shipped 4 of them to my local tire company and I picked up the spare later. I walked through their warehouse that had a huge assortment of tires. The guys who work there are knowledgable and efficient.

Carmine D. 06/08/2015Edit DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY DO NOT HELP THE CUSTOMER AT ALL. I BOUGHT THAT TURNED YELLOW AFTER AFTER 2 DAYS. ITS KEEPS TURING YELLOW. THE OWNER TELLS YOU ANYTHING TO GET YOU OFF THE PHONE AND THEN HANGS UP..BEWARE!!!!! BAD BUSINESS PEOPLE
