I’ve been going to Wallace auto for years. Never ever had a problem. They are absolutely the best team. Last Saturday my check motor light came on and my car was having trouble. I had to drop my car off right away at Wallace auto. I figured they were closed but I noticed the door happened to be open. Bruce Wallace was in there painting the walls. Even though they were officially closed, Bruce dropped everything and kindly helped me with my car situation. He filled out the form and told me the car would be taken care of on Monday! Very grateful for these guys!!!!

Been a customer for going on a decade now. My in-laws are longtime Honda fans, so they first found Wallace many years ago, and my wife and I (both own Hondas) have continued the tradition. The front office staff (particularly Ted) are all high quality people and the technicians (who I sadly don’t know by name) are experts and trustworthy. The front desk never pressures, just recommends, and we have never had one issue whether for a simple oil change or for more comprehensive services as our Hondas have aged. I would gladly recommend Wallace Automotive off Research Road to any friend, family member or colleague.

Best repair shop in RVA. Honest, friendly, and the cleanest garages I have ever seen. We started going to Wallace in the west end years ago, and since moving to southside go to the Midlo location. Both are top notch. I basically buy Honda/Toyota because I know I can take them here for repairs. Thanks as always!

Fast, good & reasonable priced services. Wallace does better service to my 2 Hondas than Pearson Honda did. I been in Chesterfield since 1973 and have never heard or seen anything bad about Wallace. Nice decorations & very clean in waiting room with TV.

Bunch of crooks placed an underpowered cheapo battery in my Subaru and changed us around a 150$ for it. Have had electrical issues since and was confirmed bye the dealership that it was the wrong size battery and a crappy brand to boot. it seems your records are inaccurate the size of battery that you put in was not the correct size for the Subaru outback.

I had taken my car to be inspected at a local business. A mechanic friend of mine who performs car maintenance for me said it would pass inspection but he no longer does car inspections. The local business ( not mentioning their name) said the car needed brakes and would not pass inspection. A friend recommended Wallace Automotive. I took my car to Wallace and it passed inspection! So glad I took the car to Wallace! They saved me a lot of money especially for something that wasn’t really needed! I’ll certainly use Wallace again!
