Went and got my rack opinion Worked . Noticed it leaking roughly 7 months later appears they stripped to both called up. They said they would charge me to look at it not impressed.

Initially found myself dead in the road and they replaced the transmission. A year later I found myself dead in the road again. Took it back and they said the converter they installed last time was low quality. Charged me to put a new converter in. Shortly after, just a week or so, it started back up with the same symptoms. Didn’t go back a third time. I should have read the reviews before taking my truck here. Seems to be a trend. When I was paying the lady showed me a calculator that read $30-$40 or something like that and said that’s what she’s paying for me. It was the processing fee to use my card. Customer service wasn’t too great either.

I took my Expedition in for a transmission rebuild, I think, on 6/24. 2 weeks later, my parts were supposed to ship just as the hurricane made landfall, so it took a month to get the job done. That said, this truck shifts smoother than I remember, and I'm glad that I kept my wife semi-calm about timing, though I know I drove them nuts checking on it. Phenomenal job, I'm sure - So Far, it's been exceptional!

Took over five weeks to get my vehicle out and the issue was still there the day I got it back. I was told 7-10 business days. It’s like they didn’t even test to see if the issue was fixed when they got done or didn’t care that it wasn’t fixed. For over $1600 to replace some synchronizers and it still pops out of gear is ridiculous. Don’t go here, not even worth putting it back to sit for few weeks for them to “fix it” again

Jimmy is great! Fixed my daughter's vehicle same day after she woke up stranded with a shifter issue. They even gave her a ride back to her apartment after the tow. So relieved as a parent!

I took my car to them, to have my transmission replaced, shouldn't have taken longer than a month. They've had my car for 3 months, I've been left in the dark this entire time, the only time I've been told anything is when I went up there and waited for Jimmy myself. I've been told twice that my car would be done by the end of the week so far, I'm going up there today, hopefully they finished working on it...

I was in a bind with my daughter's car. She attends university in Huntsville and I live 3 hours away. Everyone has heard horror stories about dishonest mechanics and such......needless to say, I was prepared for the worst. The truth of the matter was quite the opposite from the time I first called and explained the situation to Frances til I picked the car up the next day from Jimmy. They knew my concern for my daughter and they treated us like family. I'll definitely return to Jimmy if I have any work in the future and I'll absolutely recommend them with 5 stars!

We picked up metal here and the guy jimmy and he was being very rude I was hispanic and he talked to me like a dog infront of his customers he kicked out when I told him he was being disrespectful I would ask for stuff he pointed with a rude face and not say anything he would be rude most of the time I do not recommend this place zero stars

Buyer beware!!! I paid for a rebuilt transmission and it worked great for about 8 months. Then the first break down happened stranding my son on the side of the freeway. I had to foot the bill to get it towed from baytown to Huntsville, because they don't cover towing even though it's thier rebuild. Second break down happens again about 8 months after the previous warrenty issue. Again my son stranded at the light of a busy intersection. Call in hopes of getting a resolution instead I'm told it's out of warranty and there is nothing we can do. This transmission is about a year and a half old with less than 6,000 miles and basically I was told this morning "oh well". If you want a job well done and get what you pay for, go somewhere else!!!

I had a warranty at a truck dealer so my dealership took my truck there for a transmission issue. It was taken back multiple times ultimately I paid my truck off before the warranty ended on my truck from the dealership. I went 101 with Jimmy, the owner who seem to be really nice at first; he welcomed my truck back it took quite a few weeks there because they are backed up. I thought well it must be because they do such good work but every time I got my transmission work done from him within 3 months I was back. The last time I took it to him the end of August 2023 and let him know I was having some home life issues; had recently been laid off and I felt they took advantage. He took my truck said he rebuilt it, said it would shift hard in second gear for a few months and told me never to return to his shop that he never wanted to see my face or my truck again. 3 months later in November my truck started acting up again. I called and fran hung up on me. Today my truck completely stopped working. the transmission is completely out and it broke down on the highway today is Dec 10th, leaving me stranded in the cold today and I had no one to ask for a ride home. I'm calling an attorney and I have put a call and email into the news channels. How can you tell me you rebuilt a whole transmission 3 months ago and it left me stranded on the road? It won't even drive; it won't go anywhere and then tell me to never show up there again when you should honor your work and your work is not honored when you see a 45-year-old woman with no family stranded because of this transmission he told me he just rebuilt, he should have some kind of warranty on it and to tell me never to come back I've never done anything to deserve them to talk to me like that and I only took it There bc he initially did the work. Needless to say I am without a vehicle bc of this shop. Meanwhile I broke down at the vet's office only to find out they used zip ties for my gears to shift. Extremely unacceptable

My truck wasn't shifting properly. A friend recommended walker co because of past experiences. When I arrived the lady at the front desk asked the technician to check it out.he hooked it up to his computer and found the Trans. Wasn't getting any power. Found a blown switch . He replaced the defective switch. And didn't charge me a penny. This is an honest business. They have my recommendation.

Very helpful team. I travel for work and I had an awful burning smell that I couldn't pinpoint it. I googled WCT and went straight there. Jimmy was very kind and helpful. Will definitely recommend and will be back.
