Eric fit me into his busy schedule as a walk-in to give my car a quick assessment in preparation for the safety inspection. He gave fair, cost-effective advice without trying to upsell me on anything. This is the only place I'll be taking my cars going forward. Update: The WB team should be your go to vehicle maintenance consultant. They have continued to give me the best and most practical advice based on my needs.

I'm afraid to give these guys 5 stars because it'll make it more busy. This is the best mechanics I've ever been to. I love these guys and wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. They've repeatedly been there when things go wrong and will also not suggest unnecessary fixes. Probably not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I'd rather pay more knowing my car is in good hands and the work is immaculate. Can't recommend them enough.

Excellent service provided by Joe, he’s super nice, patient and professional, I figure out all of problems on my car in the past seven years. Just make sure to call them before you go, and if you need oil change or Inspection, you definitely need to make appointment.

Eric and Joe make a fine team. WB Motors replaced a leaking radiator and a noisy wheel bearing on my 2012 Nissan Altima. The price was reasonable. I have not had any problems with either repair since.

Amazing service. Helped plug a tire in a precarious spot, then plugged again while I was waiting for my new tires. Need to schedule in advance because they swap a lot of tires and perform a lot of work. Helped with new tire selection to make it easy for me.

This is the only shop that I let touch my cars. They are absolutely trust worthy and the best shop I have ever used. I've been going there for 30 years. The best part is that I know when they recommend a service it is something that really needs to be done. Most shops are just trying to line their pockets when they recommend services. Many times they have recommended I hold off log off on getting a service done because it is not needed. How many other shops would do that? I highly recommend W B Motors! After doing a wheel alignment, I noticed my steering wheel was slightly askew. When I told them, they did another wheel alignment without charge to correct the problem. This company stands by their work. Honest, friendly, trained, outstanding professionals. I recently had a valve cover gasket leaking on my Lexus. Eric did a masterful repair at a fraction of the cost of the dealer. He also, without charge, changed five electronic unit codes that were described in the Lexus owner's manual. It took only about five minutes to do this change, but the Lexus Dealer wanted to charge me $189! WB Motors did it without charge. Joe went out of his way and helped to remove a rusted wheel bolt on a hand truck I brought in. It was a difficult process. Not only was he successful, he did not charge me for his time. These two are terrific people and mechanics. I highly recommended them and WB Motors for all of your car work.

I had 2 tires sent here from a third party retailer so they could be installed by W B Motors. I didn't realize how far out this shop books up so I definitely should have called sooner, but nonetheless, Joe worked with me and was able to get me in before I left town. The service was very fast and Joe was incredibly communicative and helpful. He even set me up with a new battery for my keyless remote. Thanks!

I have brought all my cars to Eric and Joe ever since I was stationed at Walter Reed ARMY Medical center back in 1999, they have worked on all of our VW's, Mini Cooper and Subaru's. They are fair and will work with you to make sure you are driving a safe and reliable vehicle, cant say enough about how good these guys are, so much that I used to drive from Greenbelt, MD just to get all of our services. Glad I now live in Fairfax which is a much better drive for us. Thanks guys for taking such good care of us and our vehicles. Gus

I have had a recurring but inconsistent glitch with my 2004 vehicle, a car that otherwise is in perfect condition. My regular mechanic could not diagnose the problem so I called WB for a second opinion. They researched the symptoms in a nationwide network of tradesmen and called me back with the possible and probable causes of the problem. I have not had it fixed yet, but when I do, I’m going to WB. Their professionalism and desire to serve the customer well (without pressure) has me convinced that this is a quality establishment.

Joe is always readily available to answer all your questions. I have had trust issues with other auto shops in the past, but not W B Motors. Reasonably priced.. Highly recommend.
