Awesome experience today. Came into their shop this morning with a shackle bushing issue due to my SAS setup and the owner was able to modify a bigger set of bushings to work with my setup so I wasn't using washers to compensate for the small shoulder I had on my existing shackle bushings. Good people here and will for sure continue doing business with them.

Been good in the past, but they just will not call you back. Works better to stop by. Except at least couple weeks to even get a vehicle in if it's anything special.

Very helpful! I ordered a set of u-bolts from another company online and received the wrong size valley spring service resized those you bolts for free and then made me another set as well.

These guys are AMAZING both in workmanship and customer service! Added a leaf and re-arched the springs on my E-250 camper/4WD conversion van which had been sagging with a horribly rough ride. The spring work fixed my issues and it rode like a dream afterwards. They also added airbag cradles so I no longer had to worry about the bags blowing when going on a lift if I forgot to deflate. Later the same week Phil saved me with a rear shock issue and got me in last minute. They fixed my shocks and ensured I had a safe rear end before driving cross country. While in the waiting area I overheard several phone calls from traveling and/or distressed customers with various issues and they always tried to squeeze them in for service. Truly a top notch, quality shop!

Valley Spring Service is TOP NOTCH. I drove here after having my van at another mechanics location. Valley Spring took the time to listen to my concern, gave me an estimate of the repair, I waited a couple of hours for the work to be done and I'm leaving with my van the SAME DAY. Wow is all I can say!! Customer Service is INCREDIBLE !!!!
