An unfortunate experience. Received my vehicle back with cruise control not working and am being told I need to take it to dealer. The cruise control worked fine when the car was left. Not to mention items missing from car as well as the date my car would be ready changed every week. Definitely do not recommend!

Extremely professional staff. Everyone was so helpful so sympathetic to my situation at the time and I would highly recommend everyone doing business with him. They were fair and expedient in their work and I haven’t had any problems with any repair I’ve had done there.

Maaaaaaan this Guy Mr. Val really set me straight. My old alarm was not working properly but so I thought I needed a new alarm, but my old alarm just needed fixing, so after he finished his troubleshooting, I saved a ton of money and he got me back right. I will be recommending all my friends and family to go to Mr. Val before they go anywhere else!!!!!!!!

I am very disappointed in the quality of the repair/body work done by V’s Customs did on my Audi. The initial interaction with the people there was fine, but they don’t provide a proper estimate on time for repair something promised in 2 days took 7 days and when I received my car the quality of the paint job is not up to par. This was my 2nd time with them addressing the same repair work. I was told by the technician that “they aren’t perfect” but I believe that if your a professional you should inspect the work before you release to customer and not have to have customer point out error.

This was the first time I have ever had an accident that was my fault. My heart hurt for my 1998 Honda Accord coupe. V's Customs was recommended to me by 2 coworkers. More specifically, they gave me Vernon's name (the owner). They were going on about how thorough he was. After speaking with him, I trusted him to do the work. Let me just say that I am BLOWN AWAY at the level of service and the job that was done on my "baby". Look at the before and after pictures!! If you are taking your car anywhere else other than V's Customs...you are losing. I am serious. Great job Vernon and the guys at V's Customs. I will recommend you every time someone gets a scratch. I am highly satisfied.

V's took my car when no one else would and did an amazing job. You can't tell there was any damage and my whole front end was gone. Even looking at the cost breakdown, it wasn't bad. I have some other things I want to do aesthetically and will definitely come here first.
