I just had the gallery gasket service done on my 2014 q60s. This shop did an amazing job! The shop is very clean, they are professional and very welcoming. The technicians are HIGHLY skilled and there prices are unbeatable! Even tho my car came with the updated oem gaskets the hardware still loosen up. If you have a VQ get this done with the water pump and tensioners and go to Vix's!

Took my Camaro zl1 here to get checked out. Super clean shop and great technicians Just wish they would help repair it. Just no response from them anymore. Just too busy i guess. But overall good experience getting my car looked at.

This place is definitely a hidden gem amongst mechanics. Everyone that works here is a true car enthusiast and in my experience has always taken great care and attention to any needs I’ve had. They’re meticulous when it comes to details and everyone I know goes to these guys. Pricing is super fair, and everyone is incredibly friendly and enthusiastic to help you with whatever goals/maintenance on your car. Can’t recommend them enough.

Had to come back to Vix because my car needed more work for a separate issue. Like the first time, I received stellar service and my car was fixed by Julio. I have been so amazed by the fairness in price and outstanding service at Vix. They gave me a breakdown of everything that needs to be done to my car and I trust them, so I'll only be going to Vix Garage to get my car fixed. Update 10-9-24 Wife's was fixed and once again excellent service. Victor made sure he Leroy is up-to-date date on everything that was going on and I really appreciate that. I've always said its hard to find great and honest mechanics sometimes but I'm glad I've found one, and not just him, but his entire team. Thank you for taking care of our cars and giving me the peace to know that it so be done right and fair.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Julio is extremely helpful & knowledgable. I was in evacuating to Charlotte from the Asheville area when my car started shuddering while idle. I called this place and Julio diagnosed my car the same day & squeezed me in the next day. He got me back on the road so I could return to my family and loved ones, at a fair price. It helped more than they know. Go support them!!

It's not often that I give 5 star reviews, but I've got to for these guys. Big THANKS go out to Vic, Julio, Noel and crew for going above and beyond to get my truck back on the road. Even stayed late on a Sat. to get it done. Very knowledgeable, courteous and dedicated to doing it right at a very fair price. Hard to find that these days! Keep up the good work!
