I have always been pleased by the outstanding services I receive at Virginia Auto Service. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, organized and professional. The rental cars have added an additional convenience. I highly recommend Virginia Auto Service to ALL and I know that I shall continue to use them as long as I continue to live in the Phoenix area.

I was referred to Virginia Auto by a neighbor. I drive a mini Cooper and my neighbor drives imports also. He has reportedly used Virginia Auto for several years and couldn’t be more effusive in his praise of their service. I was having some popping and cracking underneath, which sounded like a problem with a chassis, maybe? Virginia Auto diagnosed and promptly repaired the problem at minimal cost, as well as checked tires, etc. I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided and will definitely be a customer from now on!

VAS is a very clean and old skool auto service facility. I like how the garages are open so customer can maybe check out service and ask a question or two. Like the old days. Michelle is an excellent administrator who is extremely nice and cool. I would definitely come back.

Some of the services are not listed; however, I am very pleased with Virginia Automotive. Excellent service and turnaround time to pick up the vehicle. They follow up within a few days to make sure that you are satisfied with the work performed on the vehicle. All personal on site have very good customer service skills as well as management. You cannot ask for a better place to take your vehicle. 😊 I was at Virginia Automotive this week, and as usual excellent service. Also, I was very impressed that my car was serviced in a very timely manner. "Go Virginia Automotive". 😊 Car "Ball Bearing" issues... Who do you call? Virginia Automotive!! I honestly don't know what I would do without the expert services of their management, mechanics and administrators. Thank you Virginia Automotive for being you. 😊 I'm a little late in commenting but it's never too late to write good things about the excellent service received from a company. I don't know what I would do without Virginia Automotive. Their staff and service is outstanding. I am so happy to have found them. What a blessing! Thank you Virginia Automotive. 😊 I just want everyone to know that Virginia Automotive is the place to go for vehicle repairs. Unfortunately for me, they had to keep my car overnight. Fortunately, I was loaned a car! How cool is that? My car was repaired and ready within the time frame quoted. I didn't miss any other appointments I had scheduled because I had the loaner car. Plus, I am on the road again with my own car in tip top shape. Excellent!! ☺️

Virginia Auto was top class from start to finish! I had a sudden issue with my car and was able to make an appointment online for the next morning to drop it off. They even got me a complimentary uber home! Robert kept me in the loop and sent a text with a link to my service report which included photos of the issue which was very helpful! My car was fixed that day and I’m so thankful to everyone there who helped me! I will definitely be going back for any car needs I have!

I had been to 3 shops within the past couple years that could not fix my 2007 Pontiac G6. Finally went to Virginia Auto Service on a last ditch effort and they tackled the problem head on. My experience was over the top I felt at ease in immediately knew I went to the right place thank goodness for my neighbor (Mr.Kevin Johnson) recommending I worked with Robert and he was amazing. Took care of everything gave me some extra recommendations went out of his way to help very grateful for all the service my car has not had any When taking it to other places, so very happy thank you all again gentlemen was a pleasant experience and if I have any other issues, I will be coming here in 100% recommend anyone else to trust Virginia’s!!!!

Friendly and fast service. They correctly identified the problem and fixed it for $1,500. Another repair shop we visited previously had suggested $10,000 of various repairs that would not have fixed the actual problem.

Matt and his team immediately determined the problem with an oil leak and was able to fix it in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. The entire team, especially Robert and Michelle treated me like family. I will be back and fully recommend Matt and his awesome for your auto needs.

Update: I actually wroth the review below two and a half years ago but neglected to click Post. I didn’t realize it until I went to write a fresh review and this one came up as unfinished. Regardless, in the two and a half years since I wrote the review below, Virginia Auto has continued to earn my trust and business. Their frank, open integrity is a rarity in this industry. They work hard to solve complex problems without compromise. We always feel safe leaving our vehicles with them overnight for as long as it takes to get the job done. Their work is solid, completed with skill and precision we can rely on. We will continue to count on Virginia Auto and give them our business. The following review was written in August 2022: I am very pleased with my first experience with Virginia Auto Service. I was surprised when I called just after 5pm and the owner, Matt answered the phone. He stayed on the phone with me discussing my issue for nearly half an hour. It was clear to me that Matt knew his stuff in regards to my 40 year old truck. The staff at VAS is friendly and efficient. They show personal interest in my case. VAS was able to competently rebuild my old carburetor which was a job that most other shops were not willing to take on. They completed the job in an appropriate amount of time. Their price was somewhat high, but the job was also very specialized. So I'm not complaining about that. My truck is running well and I am satisfied. I will continue to bring VAS my business.
