I reversed into a bollard while my rear passenger door was open, whoops, and the door wasn’t sitting flush to the body of the car and wouldn’t close. VIP told me to come in at 3:20 (40 minutes before closing), took all of 2 minutes to fix my door, and didn’t even charge me. I paid them anyway because I was just so grateful for their quick and excellent service. If I ever need body work done after this incident, I know where I’m taking my car.

This small shop a block from Whole Foods on Bay Street just completed repair of a side-swipe damage to our Leaf. We stopped by to ask about a repair and Joseph gave us a reasonable estimate and we set up the repair. They were wonderful! Our car looks as good as new and they repaired damage to the door handle on the passenger side. Joseph and all the guys are friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

VIP Auto Collision is truly exceptional. They not only repaired the scratch on my car but also kept me informed every step of the way. Before finding them, I visited a few other shops, and they were quoting me $3,000-$4,000 for the same job. Thankfully, I took my dad’s advice and went to VIP Auto Collision. VIP collision was absolutely the best experience! My model 3 was side-swiped fairly badly at a parking lot - they drove away with no insurance info. I thought I'd have to change several panels and it would cost way too much. VIP fixed it perfectly, for a super affordable price, and I had my car back 3 days after I dropped it off. Jose was super communicative and his team was really sweet and checked in every day to keep me updated. Also while I was there - most customers seemed to be return customers - clearly VIP takes their work very seriously and they did a perfect job. They even cleaned and waxed the car - just as an extra for free! Best experience I've had with a car shop - highly highly recommend!! Thanks VIP!

Had a dent and scratches to my fender as well as a hole in my rear bumper due to an accident. Jose and team did an amazing job and quick! They completed the job within two days! The dealership (and others) quoted me $15k- $18k to fix, and Jose and team completed for $1800. Everything is the same color and my car looks good as new!

Really nice guys, that are honest and do good work. Being a woman and needing repairs done can be nerve wrecking because most places just want to take advantage, but I got honest good pricing based on the work that needed to be done. Nothing else. I will bring any of my cars here if I ever need more work done, and would happily refer them to anyone in need of body work. Don’t usually post reviews, but this small business deserves visibility and accolades! I accidentally hit my beautiful Tesla on a cement wall in a parking garage resulting in a horrible, huge dent. I was miserable AND moving cross-country in 1.5 weeks. I certainly wanted it fixed before I moved, but I didn’t have much time. After some searching around, I found this gem of a business and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. They worked very quickly and I received my car back within two days! When I picked up my car it looked brand new & they even detailed it! The price was super fair and the team was extremely communicative and friendly. I couldn’t have been happier with my service. Jose at VIP Auto has the best customer service! I had some problems with my insurance and he handled everything professionally and communicated every step of the way. They did a great job repairing my car after a major accident and even covered the deposit because the repair took some time due to parts shortages. Would 10/10 recommend!

The professionalism, attention to detail, customer service, and enthusiasm was 5-star. I highly recommend VIP Auto Collision Repair for auto body work. The scheduling was easy, service was wi the communicated time, and everyone w whom I interacted seemed to like working at the shop. The service provided was a small one (replacing vehicle logos), but the shop treated me like I was the most important customer. I will definitely visit this shop in the future if/when I need auto body work and highly recommend them.

Honestly the best experience I've had with any sort of auto maintenance place. My driver side door, window and headlight were smashed and I was paying out of pocket, and it was my first time having to get body work done on a car. I had a terrible experience at the first place I went to for an estimate, so I'm very glad I ended up at VIP. Linda and the VIP team took such great care of me and my car, and really went above and beyond. I could not possibly recommend this place more highly.

I have to say from start to finish my experience with VIP was excellent. I got a quick and reasonable quote. Setting up an appointment was easy. The office manager was super communicative and nice. And the repair work was flawless. Someone dented our car and did not leave a note but I have to say dealing with VIP took some of the sting out of it just by being friendly and efficient. Based on my experience I fully recommend them.

Seemed great when they agreed to a repair/restoration project following a minor front-end collision. They kept my car for over a year, became unresponsive, didn't complete the repair, and returned it to me incomplete and with additional damages. I recommend seeking another repair shop. Unfortunately, zero or negative stars are not an option.

They did great work, quickly when repairing the front of my car after a collision, but in doing so got oil stains all over my seats. Also, they didn't wire things up correctly which lead to a $200 bill for a faulty headlight.
