We worked with Vinnie's to have our car fixed after a significant crash. I wish I could give the team 10 stars! They helped us work with the insurance company (who tried to total our car even though it was not necessary, just more convenient for *them*), and the team at Vinnie's fixed the car during the holiday season. Beyond that, it was a stressful situation for us and Keith provided guidance and patience the entire time. We will be referring Vinnie's to anyone in need of assistance. And to top it all off - the work is impeccable. Seriously, I cannot recommend this shop enough. This is the personal, attentive, excellent service you expect from a locally-owned shop. There's no doubt in my mind that we would have had to to total the car at a loss if we went to a dealership. Thanks guys! Hope you have a great year and I hope others find you.

EXTREMELY disappointed by the negative customer service displayed by employee Wade. I recently experienced a medical emergency which resulted in damage to my car. I was a customer in 2022 spending almost $4,000.00 due to hurricane damage. I elected to pay cash opposed to utilizing my insurance. The gentleman that assisted me in 2022 was very cordial, professional and pleasant. While waiting for my estimate there was another gentleman in the office and we engaged in small talk anout the events of the hurricane etc....very nice gentleman whom I learned later was the owner. (Vinnie) My car was done in a timely manner and I was very happy with the results. I raved to everyone about both the quality of work and the superb customer service I received. This week when I took my car in it was a totally different vibe from an employee by the name of Wade. He was very short with me, but I could see he was busy so I dismissed it. WADE was to call me the next day with a quote which I did not receive. I called the following day and he told me he would call me by 3 the next day and if he didn't, for "me" to call him. I called him after 3 the next day, and could hear him tell the person that answered the phone that he was was finishing up with a customer and would call as soon as he finished up.....no return call. Today I called and Wade answeredthe phone. He was very rude and abrasive. He went on and on about how busy he was and that he was there alone having to do "everything" himself. I totally understand the concept of being busy and overworked, but I lack the capacity to think that an employee would speak that way to a potential customer. Sometimes it's not what you say it's how you say it.....not what you do but how you do it. The best form of advertising is word of mouth and its free. After speaking with my neighbor and a couple of other people it was revealed that this business no longer operates as it did once before. Thank you Wade for giving me a "heads up" for what I was in store for you did me a favor.

I didn't get any work done. But stopped in for an estimate. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and honest. He sounded like he knew what he was talking about. And his honesty was greatly appreciated.

Read the reviews, seemed like a nice shop, stay away. I drive a white Tundra with steel aftermarket bumpers, the bumper part is important so keep it in mind. I showed up here earlier this year for a quote and an estimate on some minor damage. This dent was less than a days of work if it wasn't sitting in the yard, waiting. Younger kid that worked there said he'd call me back in "two months" and get me in to work on my truck. I waited nearly six months for him to call me back. He calls crying about how he was so busy, that he couldn't fit me in. He seemed genuinely upset that he couldn't accomodate me reasonably. I was understanding and compasionate which was my second mistake. I let it slide and asked him if he could promise to get me in within the next month or two to which he obliged. He calls me within 2 weeks and starts asking me if I ordered a replacement factory bumper cap for my truck to which I obviously replied with "I don't have bumper caps and the damage is on the body panel near the wheel well.". He stops and then says he can get me in the next day. Never showed up. You wasted months of my time because "we were waiting on a part" that I never needed or asked for.

Wade is the kind of professional who is so easy and pleasant to interact with that you almost forget to notice how exceptionally good he is at his job. Vinnie's repaired my damaged vehicle quickly, expertly, surprisingly inexpensively (!), and with a measure of kindness that means a lot to someone likely stressed out about their car accident. The expert technician did a fantastic job as well! I am really grateful to this business and can't recommend it highly enough.

I brought a couple of my Acura’s there for dings and scratches in the paint. And they have fixed them in minutes and made them look like they were never there. Did not overcharge and their prices were very reasonable.

I went to another auto body shop that gave me an estimate of $975.00 to repair the hood of my car. I went to Vinnie's and the service man asked if I minded if he tried something before he gave me an estimate. He promised he would not damage the car. 20 minutes later, the car looked BRAND NEW ! I asked how much I owed him and he said - NOTHING. WHEN DOES THAT EVER HAPPEN? Amazingly honest people there. Highly Highly recommend !
