Not even letting me talk, you can’t give me a price , I’m still talking and you are saying yes sir yes sir, not knowing what I’m saying and hung up the phone, really really bad customer service, y’all need to do better

The very definition of a crooked mechanic. Wife's car's AC wasn't working. They took advantage of my wife, who doesn't know cars, and "diagnosed" an overheated compressor requiring a new one (for a bunch of $). In reality, they presumably showed her the normal dye leak from a functional compressor's blowoff valve. Then, when the AC still wasn't blowing cold air, they said it was the high and low pressure lines (which are fine). Now the car is at a GM authorized service center and we know it was a single problem with the rear evaporator core's leak, which is a known problem of that year of that car. Edit: See the owner’s answer below. I’m saying he scammed us into replacing the compressor instead of fixing the real problem and he’s saying they will warranty the original crooked work. Great! Update: Gm certified service found a ground connector on the cooling fan to the compressor disconnected. This prevents compressor from staying on. When asked if it could’ve been an accident, manager said “no way. That thing cannot come off by accident.” Compressor was the only work supposedly done by Vinh’s.

This is a very dubious mechanic. He will collect your money to change parts but will not. Then your car will go worse. Please don’t visit this place. Stay away from this place

I first visited Vinh's Auto Services back in 2014 when my sister referred me to them with my first car for a tune up and oil change and they done a EXCELLENT JOB! So of course when I got my newer truck of course I took it to them to do some work and oil change and tune up on it and as always the job was EXCELLENT.....I also learned that when and or If I was to purchase my parts from else where that they would not have a warranty with the shop so its ALWAYS BEST TO PURCHASE YOUR PARTS FROM AND WITH THEM VINH'S AUTO SERVICES BECAUSE THEY WILL HONOR ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES AND JOBS THATS DONE TO AND ON YOUR VEHICLES!....WILL ALWAYS RETURN FOR ANY AND ALL WORK NEEDED TO AND FOR MY TRUCK AND WILL BE REFERRING THEM TO ANY AND ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY THAT MAY NEED WORK DONE ON THERE CAR'S...THANK YOU VINH FOR SUCH AN AMAZING JOB....JOB WELL DONE

I have been going to Vinh’s Auto for years and have referring people to them they are very good and will work with you on the price they have do so much work on my SUV from putting a Motor in my truck and a lot more work I can’t remember all of the work they done for me never had any problems with they work and will never go anywhere else for someone to work on my SUV best mechanic I know

I've been coming to Vinh's Auto for the last 12 years. They are always honest and upfront about costs. They also do good work, and guarantee it as well. Mr. Vinh is no longer there, but his son is doing a very good job, the same excellent service like his father!
