vina Auto care help me in he worst moment when my car broke down in Portland i called Alex the main manager at night time and took time to help me first thing in the morning he fix my car before anyone else to get me back to pasco wa super honest trustworthy i recommend this shop to anyone i give 10-10 all be back for more business thank you vin auto care life savers ......... :}

Fue facil, desde que llegue me atendieron bien, hicieron el trabajo relativamente mas rapido que en otros lugares que he ido. Me diereon seguimiento despues de 3 dias de haver tenido el servicio para ver si todo seguia funcionando bien. La verdad 100% recomendables. Ahora ellos son mi mecanico de confianza!!! Lo que me arreglaron fueron los frenos de las 4 llantas. Gracias Vin Auto Care!!!

¡Excelente servicio! Llevé mi auto para un cambio de aceite y me sorprendió gratamente el nivel de profesionalismo de Fidel y su equipo. No solo realizaron el cambio de aceite de manera rápida y eficiente, sino que también inspeccionaron el auto a fondo. Me ofrecieron recomendaciones preventivas, señalando algunas reparaciones menores que podrían ahorrarme mayores problemas en el futuro. Aprecio mucho la atención al detalle y el enfoque preventivo que tomaron. Sin duda, regresaré para futuras visitas y recomiendo este lugar a cualquiera que busque un servicio automotriz de confianza. Gracias a Fidel y su equipo por el gran trabajo.

WARNING : This place is a complete rip off! Don't waste your time or money going here. They say they know what the issue is and try to fix other minor things that don't need fixing!!!! Fabiola the lady working at the desk is very rude and she lies. They don't give you a estimate in hand before they start working on your vehicle. Be aware

Absolutely amazing car repair place. My car broke down 450 yards away and they came over and helped me get it started. They dealt with my issue quicky and inexpensively. They could have upsold me on another service and advised me it was not necessary. Will go there for all my auto stuff in future.

Old truck was failing DEQ and Vina Auto Care solved the issue, even took it to get tested and registered it for me for a totally reasonable price

Wouldn't recommend anyone else to do your car repairs, absolutely professional, courteous, and keeps you in the loop of what's going on. Very fair pricing, just wish I would have found his shop a long time ago.

Recently had problem with my gear shift sticking and then my key getting stuck in the lock. I thought I would have to put out A LOT of cash to get issue fixed and I was also concerned that extra and unnecessary work would be suggested. A friend steered me to Vina and I am so grateful for their honesty and friendliness.

Fantastic service. Have brought my vehicles to Vina Auto Care for years and have always had stellar service. The owners have worked and owned the establishment for years and are very thorough with their work. I have recommended them to everyone. They also work jointly with the gas station on the same corner. Never bad service.

I have been in a few times and always had great service. The first time I was there, I thought I needed a new power steering pump - they put my truck up on the rack and figured out the leak was coming from a hose connection instead and saved me quite a bit of money. Most recently, I needed new brakes all around for a Toyota Matrix. I stopped by the shop and asked about an appointment - they said, bring it in tomorrow morning. I dropped the car off first thing and it was done in a couple of hours. The price for the whole job - including new pads and rotors for all four wheels - was far less than I'd been quoted elsewhere. This was a couple of months ago and the brakes have been working great.

3 months ago I had a bad radiator that needed replaced. the mechanic had me drop it off in the morning it was completely done by 5 that afternoon. I had my car back and has worked really well ever since. I'm very happy with their service. the owner was very polite friendly and I would take my car back there again and I have recommend it to others.
