Vidlers Automotive has been a family owned and operated auto repair shop in the Lakeside area of Henrico, VA since 1951. Vidlers and its staff has always taken pride in that we are honest and always puts the customer's needs first by providing quality work at a fair price. We go above and beyond to make sure you understand and are comfortable with the repair and any maintenance needed. From our 24 months/ 24,000-mile nation wide warranty, to free beverages and wifi in our waiting area, we are always here to serve our customers. For your convenience, we do accept most extended warranties, ask one of our friendly staff members for more details. We are a full service repair shop servicing foreign and domestic vehicles. .

Clean, quick, painless. Went in for a state inspection. They were courteous, and quick to help me. Checking in was easy, as well. They were right on time for my appointment, as well, which I rarely see these days. Will definitely be back!

I had a minor repair on my vehicle that I needed done. The shop was able to see me quickly and fix the issue within 15 minutes. I was so pleased by how kind and professional the employees were. I decided to schedule my inspection there and when I asked how much I owed they did not charge me. Being a woman, with little experience with cars, I have had a lot of bad experiences with repair shops, so I always feel very anxious anytime I have to go. I got a really great vibe from my visit there. I will continue to go there in the future!

I was on my way back to school when I ran over something and needed my tires checked and I stopped quickly in here for a check up. The staff was more than helpful and so sweet and helped me with all my problems!!! Definitely recommend going to them, they’re great!
