Customer service at its finest. Every time my sensor said I had a low tire, I’d go to different places to see why that was. Here at Victor’s, they didn’t judge me but helped me. This is the only shop I go to now. Every worker here is nice, even the ones who don’t speak good English. They’re very professional!

Love the place. The staff provides great customer service. My parents took me here to get my car inspected and get the oil change. The men working here don't make you feel the woman uncomfortable with the "looks' or comments. Prices are very affordable. I recommend you buying the oil and filter at the Autozone and then taking it here to get the work done. They sell oil but it is not the best quality. The place is not clean so expect to maybe get some dirt in your clothes while you wait for the service to be completed. Restrooms are out of order and there is not much place to sit around.

I went to get a state inspection, and I was worried at first because I’m not from TX and had previously tried another place and they said my tint was too dark to pass (it’s 20%). However I tried this shop and it passed with no problem. I went at about 11 am on a Saturday and luckily there was no wait. The whole process from me arriving to when I paid only took about 30 minutes total. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the mechanic left a Skittles wrapper under my windshield wiper, but I’d still go back. The service was nice otherwise.

Me gustaria poder darle menos de una estrella el servicio es pesimo el dueño es muy sangron parece que no se le estubiera pagando por su servicio yo lleve a aliniar mi camioneta y no me dijo que un amortiguador y un brazo estaba dañado y me cobro por el servicio de aliniamiento sabiendo que no quedo bien ya asta el final me dijo que reemplasara esas cosas pero primero se aseguro que le pagara.
