This place it’s terrible, the customer service it’s really bad and their workers are beyond disrespectful. I went to make my car a regular service and they ask me todo like 5 more other things that I didn’t wanted and the car didn’t need it and they insist multiple times and even take parts of the car that weren’t needed. They insist you just to take more money and treat you really bad when you don’t agree. My first and las time whit them!

El peor servicio en todo Miami, lleve mi auto en buen estado a un cambio de motor de arranque, llevo mas de un año con el vehiculo y nunca habia tenido problemas, salgo de alli y me doy cuenta que el radiador esta malo. No pude llegar a casa sin tener que parar varias veces. Pesimo servicio

I messaged Miami T&B on short notice to have 5 tires done, a rear bumper installed, and an oil change. They quickly responded and got me in the next day. All of the work was done exceptionally well and I couldn't be happier with it. Johnathan and Frank were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I plan to return for future projects!

Worst shop around!!!!! Stay away!!! The contract said MOOG parts they install cheap parts and didnt install the shock. They promise to be done in 1 day took them 5 days. Stay away from this shop!!!!

Miami Tires and AutoBruder- I’m starting to wonder if the other reviews of this place are from their employees because this place was a nightmare. I should have been skeptical from the first moment because the store had zero customers, English was clearly not required to work there, and 4 employees sitting down doing nothing. I took my brand new 2019 GMC Sierra Denali here to add a $2880 electric bed cover and that was my mistake. I notice that Miami Tires is actually using a photo of my actual truck on their company website. First of all, they don’t do any of the work, instead, they take your money and then send you to a different shop that can actually do the job, so in my case they sent my truck to a place called Miami Tires. They wouldn’t even take the truck themselves to the other shop. Every-time I had a problem with the cover, I had to bring my truck to the AutoBruder shop and then follow their employee to the other shop with my truck, and then catch a ride back to work! They said the job would take about two hours but it actually took more than 9 hours on the first attempt and when it was done they realized that they installed the WRONG cover, the cover was hitting and scratching my my truck bed liner and the cover wouldn’t even close all the way without forcefully pulling it closed with your hand. After they insisted it was the right size, even after the electric cover clearly did not fit, they finally gave in and admitted to getting the wrong size. It gets worse!! They tell me I need to bring my truck back to drop off the cover and once they manufacturer receives the cover, only then will they order a new cover for me. I refused and demanded them to send me the new one and allow a swap. After a ridiculous back-and-forth, they agreed. I took my truck back to the secondary shop for the swap and again it took the entire day to do the job. When they were done, I drove off and realize that they didn’t return any of my belongings to my truck from when they took it out during the install. So I had to turn around again to get my personal items. The owner of Miami Tires is focused on one thing, taking your money. The Miami Tires owner talks about how he was running a huge company before he owned Miami Tires but I’m starting to think that was a part of this whole con job. Now I leave with my second cover and when I get home to close it, I notice wires were being pulled out of the bed when it is in motion closing! The more I close the bed cover, the more wires that come out. So next day I take it back to AutoBruder and then to Miami Tires and they employee repairs the wires but now the truck bed is locked shut!! So now the owner of Miami Tires comes out and decides that this 2nd cover has a defect. He tells me he will take 30 minutes to give me a definitely answer but after an hour and a half my truck has still not been touched and I need to get to work. So I leave Miami Tires my Saturday to talk with AutoBruder but AutoBruder is closed. I go to AutoBruder on the next business day and the employee has the nerve to ask me if I’m the one that damaged my own truck? So I tell him that I am done with these crooks and he says that he will be charging me a 20% restocking fee and the labor is not refundable so I was being charged over $1000 for their own mistakes. The employee took his hat and balled his fist as if he wanted to fight me for demanding he give me my full refund back. Finally a supervisor comes over and agrees to refund me my money only after a fist fight nearly broke out in their store. Now I have to wait another day for Miami Tires to have time to remove the broken cover from my truck again!! I got my truck back with a hole in the bed and dents throughout the liner and neither company repaired my truck. Stay away fro AutoBruder and Miami Tires!! My next review is with the BBB (Better Business Bureau)
