I give them 5-star for 2 reasons 1.) Their prices are excellent and quality of service/time to repair is outstanding. 2.) I have an interlock in my vehicle and their employee was unaware of it and tried to start the vehicle which gave me a violation charge. I expected to hear the same excuse from the other shops I've been too "I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do, blah blah blah" but nope, Anna was very professional, took my information and called the interlock company herself and got it all taken care of. She never tried to make an excuse, she never tried to beat around the bush or lie, she never got an attitude (which I've dealt with at other mechanic shops) she actually did the opposite, she was willing to help out any way possible and figure out a solution and make sure it got taken care of. That's why I highly respect/recommend this place and will be always go them with my car troubles.

Overcharges for not good work. The most I’d bring your car here for is an oil change. Cousin of mine who also went here told me they are also racist. My cousin appears to be white but she also speaks Spanish. Not so many kind words were spoken apparently. May I suggest more training if you are offering certain services. Certain services require more training, which is what some of these folk need.

Isaac and his crew are absolutely amazing at auto repair. I trust him explicitly, and he gives honest advice whether expensive repairs are worth it. We had a 1999 Nissan Pathfinder that he maintained and we got almost half a million miles on it thanks to him. And when it was not worth it to keep it running, he was honest and didn’t just keep taking our money. Not only is he our mechanic, but we’ve sent all of our friends and family to him as well. I just can’t say enough how great he is. The absolute only drawback is that once in awhile it may take a day for the work to get done because he is busy and very good. I will never go anywhere else.

The first time I picked up my car from here, my windshield was cracked. They didn't take responsibility or do anything about it. Gave them a second chance and took my car when it was overheating. He told me I needed new hoses. Took two weeks for them to "get the parts" when they finally did. He called me back and said that it wasn't the hoses but a connecter to the fan. He had already charged me $412 for the hoses, and labor then wants to add $198 for the connectors, which were about $20 each. The rest was for the labor. I asked why I was being double charged for the labor. He told me that because they were dealing with different parts. So I had to wait another weekend for the parts to get there and for them to do the job. He told me it would be ready Monday and didn't call back until Tues. That was the situation with them the entire time. They would tell me a day, and I would go in person to check. They would never have my car ready. They misdiagnosed my car telling me it was the hoses causing the overheating. Then calling me back, telling me it was actually the connectors to the fan. I ended up paying $590 for his misdiagnosis. Not only that. The day they call me to finally pick it up, they tell me I will need a new radiator soon because it has a tiny crack. I'm sure they did themselves because how was that not noticed when my car was being diagnosed? It's been a week since i got my car back, and it's been shaking. Now, the engine light is on and undriveable again. Idk what they did to my vehicle. It had never done that before. 10/10 would not recommend.

Not impressed, got lied to, and my wipers are still not working properly, after a 540.00$ bill, this place is a joke, my wipers should be fixed for free, but it won't happen!!!! Do not take your car here!!!! Called, he told me to bring back in, so I did, he basically said I broke them so I'm just out of working wipers, this place is shady 😔

Very unhappy six hundred dollars spent on fixing my wife's windshield wipers and thanks for leaving both fenders with grease and 2 big scratches on the driver's fender and nothing got fixed, don't come here very poor mechanic training, and no one speaks English that is not good business, don't do business here

ABS light came on in my truck. They called me and told me possible scenarios and the cost. They fixed my truck and told me exactly what they did. Very honest and excellent service performed at a fair price. They are now my go to mechanics. Much appreciated!

Great quality of customer service, they provide details on what is wrong with my car and how they plan on fixing it. They also sell cars that are in good condition and offer monthly payments! Hight recommend this place for any mechanic need or getting a new car!

Had my radiator go out and all the shops I called were at least a week out. Isaac got me in the same day and had me back on the road in less than 4 hours from the time I called him on a Saturday no less. Very grateful for them and their good customer service. I now go to Isaac for all my automotive needs and he never fails to get me in quickly and always give me a more than fair price. Great customer service, more than fair prices, and always quality work

I had my cooling fan replaced 3 times from him in the last year. The last time I admitted it was my fault for not taking it back to get a piece put on to keep the fan in place. Well two days after picking it up this happens. They didn’t secure the hoses above the fan and the fan ended up cutting the transmission fluid hose which sprayed oil all over the inside. From my understanding he’s not the one actually fixing the cars, he has these two other guys do it while he’s out of town therefore I will no longer be taking or recommending this place. The place where I got this issue resolved didn’t want to touch my car because they wanted Vicharras to be held accountable but I rather spend my money elsewhere to get it done right than to keep giving him the same work over and over.

My car broke down on a Friday afternoon. I called 6-8 different shops to find someone who could take a look and see what's wrong but no one had time until the middle of the next week. I called Vicharra Auto and Issac told me they normally only do light work on Saturdays, but he would take a look anyway. They diagnosed and were able to fix it that day. Saved me a lot of time and hassle, I really appreciate it.

Our son’s timing belt went bad; there was a range of price to repair, from $500-$1,500. They repaired it for close to $500 and did not rip him off. Very honest shop! Highly recommend.

So disappointed in their work and their work ethic. At first I was happy with the price and speedy service I received. But within days of getting my car repaired in their shop, the heater stopped blowing hot air, instead was actually blowing very cold air. Then just a few days later, my car began to over heat. When I called them about it, the said that I would need to have my coils cleaned and my radiator flushed for an additional $170. I expressed that I didn't really feel that was the problem so I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion. Only to discover that that Vicharra's automotive did not replace or refill my antifreeze after they had changed my timing chain and replaced my water pump. So he wanted to charge me $170 for a small little fix that was due to his negligence in the first place. This could have been a lot worse than what it was! But then only 2 days later, the bolt breaks in my tension assembly that holds my serpentine belt on. I was just going to have my neighbor replace my belt because at first that is all i thought was wrong. But when he went to change it, he found that the bolt was broke and the other ones were loose. When I reached out to Vicharras automotive yet once again about an issue that I believe he created, he suggested I have my car towed to his shop and he would take a look. He told me that it is common in Hondas for the bolts to break frequently in those assemblies. I asked how that was possible if they had just removed that assembly to complete the previous work. So when I called around to 3 other mechanic shops to verify if this is correct (including Honda of Lincoln) they said that they have never seen a bolt in the assembly break for no reason. In fact the only time that they have seen it break is when it has been over tightened or threaded wrong and forced into position. They all agreed that this would be a result of him replacing the tensioner after repairing my timing belt. He disagreed and still wanted me to pay almost $400 to repair the assembly and replace the serpentine belt that was almost brand new. I refused and instead how my car towed to a different shop where I have to pay an honest mechanic the fees to repair something that should not have been an issue in the first place.

Quick service and outstanding customer service skills. A mechanic that stands behind his work. Definitely a 10/10. Not only did they fix my car properly, they cleaned up this mess so i didn't have to deal with it when I picked it up. ****Please note the car was taken there like that. It DID NOT happen at there shop!
