Vibe Auto Sports are my prefer auto mechanic shop to go. Everyone are always very pleasant and knowledgeable. This morning I need to replace a front tired, I called first to make sure they had the tire instock Christ answer the phone and told me where to find the #s he needed to check, no only they has the tire in stock but I comment to Chris, I have to tow the car to the shop and for my surprise Christ came out right away to personally take care of me, that's what I call Superior Service. They took care of me on less than 15 minutes. Thank you so much Chris!!

Special shout out to Carlos. What an amazing person. He was extremely helpful and best of all he was a genuine HONEST guy. I truly enjoyed working with him to get my car fixed. He was upfront and really went out of his way to help me. I'll definitely be recommending this place to other people just because of thy great experience i had with him. I hope management sees this so they can appreciate him as enjoyed dedicated and hard working employee.

Took my car to get my brake pads done, they told me it would be done in 1 maybe 2 hrs. which was completed 1h later than expected. Upon completion, I was informed that they couldn't reset my odometer's brake life percentage to 100% and that I would need to take it to the dealership. It's a reason why people pay to get job done right the first time. Then I was charged the full price for the service, yet where's the customer satisfaction? Now I'm having to go through a hassle to figure it out. When it should of been done from the beginning.

My tire was keep losing air. I went to this place this morning, and there was a few car ahead of me and the guy says I will be the next to get in and when it was about my turn but they took somebody else's car in front of me and they told me to take 5 minutes so I said okay and I waited another 20 minutes that car was gone and they pulled in somebody else's car before me and I think it is totally unfair and keep me waiting for that long and wasting my time. This place needs a better management. I need to follow the rules first come first serve not cutting the line

You get what you pay for. There is a reason prices are low there. I brought my X5 for an alignment. It took them quite a while and there a couple of people behind me. I could tell they were rushing. When they told me the job was done and they showed me the before/after printout two wheels were still in red (out of spec!!!) which I was told that it wasn’t when they were doing it so they were not sure how it happened. I didn’t argue as I already regretted coming there so I took my car to another place next day and they confirmed the alignment was not done properly.

As a single mom I'm always looking for honest mechanics with fair prices. I usually go to 5 min oil change places for the prompt service. I decided to try Vibe because it's by my house. I was greeted with a smile from Miguel ( manager) and when I told him I had a coupon for a different oil change place ,he immediately gave me a discounted price. He also showed me that my oil was showing signs of leakage. I was in and out in an expedited manner. I will definitely be back , as now I need an alignment. I feel confident they will give me best price in town, because I do my research and know what a good price is!! Sometimes you can't put a price on piece of mind knowing I got good quality work done with an honest mechanic!! I highly recommend Vibe Auto Sports and ask for Miguel!!

Left this place with my tire sensors either broken or faulty.. I didn’t get a good vibe from the person who attended me. I got a negative sense of him. Like he didn’t like my presence. I gave this shop benefit of the doubt but it’s back to wal-mart for me oh and I don’t have to tip at Walmart either. Not that it’s a problem but at least earn it. Be more welcoming to your customers. I have a feeling these people jammed my sensors to get a troubleshoot and replacement by them. Nope not going to happen. I will find another shop who will do it for me. 🫡

They closed 2 hours ago but an amazing tech named Hector helped us out and replaced our tire on a Honda Accord 2004 for a really good price! He also did it quickly. He made us feel comfortable, safe, and respected us even though he was already working hours over time. Thanks Hector! Will be coming back again.
