was charged $10 for Valve staff didn't tell me until I pay n said valve was expensive. i pay $50 for used tire n didn't tell me a head they r charging till i pay

came here cuz they offered the best price, was closest to me, along with seemingly good reviews. i needed my lower control arms and ball joints changed & which i should’ve known with a price of 300$ it would be a poor job but i still went with my own parts and same day my driver side ball joint was blown due not not being greased or overtightened, and i can’t do nothing since it was my own part so no warranty or anything will be provided so either way never coming back here again, i don't recommend. you get what you pay for.

Heard about this shop from a family member and drove all the way from Las Vegas to get my car inspected and diagnose what’s making weird noises. They were fast and very communicative on my cars issue. Customer Service was incredible and service was done in a timely manner! Great pricing & definitely recommend!

A Live example from today that clearly justifies why small businesses like these don’t/won’t survive. Went here for a battery and alternator voltage check, but the (rather talkative) lady told we need a full diagnosis for 149.99$. Also need to leave the vehicle. Lazy and Ridiculous. I was mindful of an AutoZone nearby, went there got a printed battery status in no time. AutoZone employee helped me install the battery too, and in absolutely no time I was done.

A1 service and Great prices. They even offered and gave my wife a ride home after she dropped off our one and only car for service. They didn't want her walking in the rain even though she had on a rain coat, boots, and umbrella. A1 service, Great prices. I almost forgot to mention, 100%honest. We were suppose to have our breaks changed. But they told us our breaks were fine. We will definitely be returning.

Will never go there again I got a estimate to get my tires balance and when I got there some fat Mexican guy I think he's the owner wanted to charge me triple the amount we agreed over phone just a few minutes before I got there super unprofessional

Great tire shop. You can get high quality work here. He fixed my spark plugs. The master was able to re thread the spark plug holes. Not everybody can do this. Thanks Vergil

I recently brought in my 2001 Civic to get an engine swap done. I had the engine shipped directly to them. Everything went smoothly, they charged a very reasonable price for the labor, and i was astounded at how fast they got it done. I will definitely be returning to this shop for any repairs I need done in the future. Keep up the good work, and thanks for breathing new life into my car! :):):)

I'm always weary of mechanics because they see a woman and want to charge more. Here you get treated with respect and there's no hidden charges. Don Jesus is clear, honest and dependable. I've been coming here for a few years and it's way more affordable than taking it to the dealer. I got tires and mechanical services here and I don't plan on going anywhere else.

We went here to get a patch on our tire because another shop didn't open at 9 as stated online so we didn'thave an appointment or anything. Vergel's staff took care of us right away - we didn't even need to get out of the car. They charged us under $20. We got a quote for the brakes on the other car and went back since the price was so good. I thought I might need rotors and they let us know before we even left the lot that the estimate would change. The price was still good -- under $250 -- so I agreed. They said they'd call when the car was ready within about 2 hours. They called to tell me my front brakes needed work and they were still nice when I said I'd need to wait till the next payday. (Still under $500 for both front and back.) They called in about an hour to let me know the car was done. I will recommend Vergel's to my family, friends, and coworkers because they are honest, fast, professional, and have good communication. They did not try to upsell or suggest extra services and their prices are fair and will not change unless they have your permission to do something else. I am very happy with the fast, friendly service at Vergel's.
