We had an immediate need for tire repair. My daughter, after coming to SRQ, staying 2 days, to help us with Hurricane Milton clean up, she needed to drive home as worked next day. Went to leave had low tire pressure warning! We called many places none open no apts. Velazque told us to come walk in. And they had us done in no time! Best staff, quick, polite ,and cost amazing. Will use them again. The best!!

Woke up with my tire popped and had a note left on my windshield "if you need a tire, look up velasquez tire on google, they are good people. $40 is all they charge". Is this some kind of new way to get you a new customer by popping my tier????

I loved everything that they did for me. One more example of small business America at it''s best. They mounted and balanced my new tires for $25 each, and inspected my existing tires for nails then rebalanced them for $10 each. This little tire shop works quickly and inspects closely for details.

I would never recommend anybody to use this place for any auto repairs. I purchased two tires from this place the next morning I woke up to go use my car and both tires were flat. I spoke to the gentleman” and I use that term very loosely “he told me he would repair my tires so I explain to him that I lived two hours away and that I could not drive my car back there because the tires were flat. He insisted I drive the car back to him or take a tow truck which was close to $800. So when I finally got through to him that I couldn’t drive the car back he said fine bring me back the tires and I will refund your money. I brought the tires back to him he took them looked at me and said I’m not going to give you a refund. I proceeded to call the police who informed me that it was a civil case and there was nothing that they could do because it is a civil case. So I asked the guy for a receipt showing I brought the tires back he told me no and again told me he would not refund my money or fix the issue. So this company does not stand behind their product or their service and will not refund money so proceed going to this company at your own risk. They Do not conduct honest business.

My husband walked out to his rental car yesterday at our hotel and had a flat. He went to 5 other places that couldn’t help today and he had an assignment 2 hours away. this shop not only helped but did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable. We will go back here if we ever need anything else again.

The guy was fast and polite. I came for 2 tires and ended up with 4 because the price was great. He said they were used but the tread looked NEW and they were all the same brand! If I need tires again I'd check him before going to a chain tire store for sure.
