Don't come here, he'll charge one thing over the phone and conviently add other charges so by the time you get there in person, it's a lot more than what he said, He starts small Adding an extra five dollars for no reason If you don't call him out on it he'll keep adding more and more This is why Laredo has no decent mechanics left

. I took my truck to get the headlights fixed, but the experience was terrible. They took forever to complete the job and charged me an outrageous amount for a fix that failed within two weeks. When I went back to tell them the lights were turning on and off again, they said they'd have to charge me just to check it out. You'd think their work would come with a warranty, especially after such a short time. The worst part was their so-called technician took forever to figure out the problem, which turned out to be just two wiring cables on opposite sides. They charged me for about 4 hours of labor because the technician couldn't figure it out. It was only when a more experienced technician came in that the problem was diagnosed correctly. So, if you need something fixed, I highly recommend going somewhere else where they offer a warranty. It's outrageous to pay for a job half done, only to be expected to come back a few weeks later and pay again for the same issue.

Had a brand new $454 alternator installed mid February. It's September and it's already bad. Their "warranty" is a JOKE. You have to pay tow, parts, and service out of pocket. Then they pass you off onto the 1-800 for reimbursement. Dealing with them is one call and one transfer after another. They are closed on weekends and holidays - when people are on the road the most. So you're left stranded hours from home because only "their techs" can touch your car but yet no techs/shops are available. Get your service completed at a big name service shop so if you have issues out of town, you have a place to take it. Worst experience ever.

Horrible overpriced place and super sketchy looking they charge to much just to look under hood I unplugged a plug to see if it was a good place they said it was something totally different and charged me way to much and never seen the plug in plain sight

I have been taking multiple cars to get the a/c serviced with Mr. Velazquez for many years. I have always been attended to quickly and with high customer service. Although he has moved locations multiple times, I have continued to contact him due to his experience and reliability. Two years ago I had to replace my a/c compressor and was given a 3 year warranty. I noticed that the a/c compressor belt was making noise and it turned out that the a/c compressor clutch went bad. He just replaced my compressor at no cost and in a timely manner. I very highly recommend getting services with Velacity.

This guy knows his what he is doing. He did my 2005 Tahoe last year and did a great job!! It was a little expensive but I can’t complain he did the job right!!

Have gone several times with different issues and the owner is very honest and kind. He explains everything in detail. He fixed my A/c as well and it still works great 1-2 years later. I would definitely recommend him and will continue to use him.

I'd image that a professional would look for leaks before performing a radiator flush. But instead did it charged $345.00 and not even refill the reservoir. My mistake for trusting on ppl.

Mr. Velasquez is extremely professional and one honest man. Don't look further please. He literally saved me over 1600.00 dollars when an High end dealership by (Jacaman) claimed I needed an air compresor replacement for my car and line replacements due to leaks. Which he couldn't find any claims on such. All this car needed was freeon, wow... Car is working great, ac is on point. And he explained that if freeon has a leak it smells rotton, which car has never smelled before like that. And when he checked in with the black light, there was no evidence, of such leak, nor with his machines. Wow I couldn't be more thankful. Wife is a extremely polite and sweet. Thank you...😊
