Never going there ever again I had to get a new truck been going there over 20 years I spent so much money there and they always wanted more money for something last time I went there couple weeks ago after I picked it up everything was wrong with my truck it was shaking brakes messed up I bought a new truck and got rid of it I feel since I'm a woman I got duked I just moved on with lots of money lost

alternator broke literally two blocks away. not only were they open on July 5th when many places were closed, they came and jumped my car so I could drive in and save money on a tow, and were able to get the part and replace it with my battery in under two hours. very nice and helpful, almost wish I lived closer so I could use them for regular repairs(I have a Subaru so not an uncommon event lol)

Does NOT do emissions testing. Google has "Auto Emissions Testing" listed as a service provided. As well as their website listing "Emissions Repairs & Inspections". But this does not mean Emissions Testing apparently. Wouldn't be a big deal if they answered the calls I made there before heading over. No one there knew of anyplace around that did testing. - Found Sanfelippo Auto Repair 8 blocks away on 2nd does testing.

Lying cheating, scum. Take you're hard earned money and go to a place run by honest people that respect their customers. I wouldn't take my vehicle here again if it broke down right in front of their shop. Absolutely run by scumbags.

My engine splash shield flap became loose, and I had to head out of town on Saturday afternoon 2/17. I had no idea how serious of a problem it could be, so I was going to go to Firestone until I saw this place on the way and figured I'd go to a local place. Not only were they open at 2pm on a Saturday, but they got me in so quick and could not have been nicer. It was maybe 10-15 minutes there. Luis and Miguel were incredible and I am so grateful. They tightened it up and didn't overcharge me for anything. It is about 20 minutes from where I live, but for as long as I'm in Milwaukee, I will not go anywhere else! thank you guys.

Cashier was extremely polite and nice! Needed pretty much my whole brake system replaced and they did it in 3 hours while I waited and at a pretty great price as well! Also had great music playing in the back and they actually show you what the problem is with your car and explaining everything to you. Definitely will be using this as my go to shop in the future!!

Come here allot and Diana and Miguel is always friendly and warm welcoming when getting work completed on my vehicle. They are trustworthy and fast when it comes to completing the work!!!! We’ll Recommended!!!!!

I was taken care of right away by the nice, professional receptionist. The gentleman who was in the reception area was nice as well, he lead me to my car where the mechanic showed me and explained everything to me in detail and was nice enough to accept the facetime to explain it to my husband who was at work!. I thought that was aweso.e and they said it would be an hour or so, but I got my truck back in less, it was like 30-40 minutes. Being that i had Chemotherapy that day and felt so sick, they parked my truck close to the front door, I appreciate that so much. I know they could tell i wasn't feeling well. While I was waiting in the waiting room I could hear/listening and seen how nice and efficient they were to Everyone. Thank you Velasquez Complete Auto Care. Sincerely, Magdalena Hernandez

My car was towed there and I was not notified that it had arrived, which is okay I can deal with that. I called them continually on a Thursday and I was getting no answers, so I decided to drive there after work because their hours said they were open until 6. Got there and there was as a handwritten sign saying “Closed at 4 sorry”. Once I got a hold of them they were very helpful. That is until they told me my car was ready. So I went to pick it up and they told me “We still have to do the tire alignment”. This was at 5:30, they closed at 6. They suggested that “it’s drivable” and to bring it back the next day. Brought it back the next day and they finished the work. Communication was very poor.
