Is there an award for the best / most honest auto repair shop in the state? My old Chevy Tahoe broke down as soon as I arrived in Vegas and Carlos was able to replace my fuel pump the same day for $400 less than it would have cost in San Diego! He texted me photos showing the work that he was doing including the new part in place and showed me the old parts when I arrived to pick my truck up. Fantastic experience. Thank you Carlos!

Had a power steering hose fail, I called early and they got me in same day, dropped it off at 10am, and finished the repair by 4pm. Price was what I was quoted and fair for the job. Highly recommend.

INCREDIBLY HONEST! Thank goodness my friend highly recommended this incredible car repair shop! I went to 3 different places including the Ford dealership to get quotes on repairing my water pump that cracked on my 2018 Ford Explorer. Everywhere I went quoted me around $4,000 to $6,000 to repair the issue. Carlos and his team are truly a breath of fresh air in the auto repair industry. They tackled this tricky water pump issue on my 2018 Ford Explorer with exceptional skill and honesty at a way lower price (literally like everything had to be pulled out, wheels off etc). Carlos even texted me pics before, during and after everything was done. He even showed me all the parts he replaced in person and took the time to explain what each part was and did. He really took his time to explain eveything in a way that I understood, I even learned some new things! It's clear that Carlos genuinely cares about his customers and their vehicles, offering transparent communication and fair pricing throughout the process. I am very happy with our services. My AC when out in my Buick and he fixed right away. The air is blowing really cold. Customer Service is amazing! Especially for being a shop owner environment was also very clean. I am one happy customer and will bring on my other vehicle too for service. Had a massive oil leak, Carlos pointed out as a failed oil filter. Simple fix. He could've taken me for everything but the man is honest. I'm definitely taking my cars here from now on.

Carlos is by far one of the best mechanics you can meet in Las Vegas. He's extremely honest and gets work done quickly in a very professional manner. We had a couple of emergencies to our vehicles due to the weather and road conditions in Las Vegas and Carlos has always accommodated our needs and got the cars repaired significantly faster than the dealership and other shops. It's great to have that peace of mind that someone trust-worthy is there to help you take care and repair not only my difficult European cars but also any car I have recommended to him.

My first experience with Vegas Auto Repair was great! I left my car to have the ac checked out. He quoted me the price to replace the blower motor (which was fair) but I would need to save up. He offered to at least clean it out and there’s a chance it would be work but no guarantee on for how long I like that he offered a temporarily solution. It did work for over a month but now it’s time to get it fix and I am definitely going back to him for it. Thank you, Carlos!

Quality care and repair. Carlos is the most congenial and honest mechanic with credentials to back up his work. Hard to find mechanics that specialize in European autos that are reasonable and personable and treat you like they actually care about your car problems and upgrades. Nothing pretentious about this business just real solid mechanic work right here in Vegas. A rare find for sure. I highly recommend him. He takes care of my Mercedes no matter how small or large the issue.
