I cannot say enough good things about this place what an absolute life saver these guys are. After months of searching for a trustworthy professional auto repair place after a few bad experiences and months of struggling with car problems within 24hrs of leaving my car with the owner Mathew, he had the problem diagnosed and fixed and went above and beyond to do a full inspection to give me added peace of mind. I am so thankful for Vaughan Automotive and the knowledge and efficiency of their team is in my opinion unmatched.

I normally leave reviews when I don’t like something but good reviews are needed to. This is a good review 😊 I’ve been going to Vaughan Automotive for a few years now! Every time I’ve been there they have been professional, polite and have great customer service. I love the communication in person and the fact I can approve my services and they aren’t just doing car repairs and bill me when I arrive. I like I know my total and all fees so there is no sticker shock with price. They leave me car clean after service and my car is always running smoothly after. It may be crazy to say but one thing I like the most is the cleanliness of the shop it doesn’t smell like an auto shop. It’s always clean and fresh when I go in. I appreciate them especially the week of Christmas. Everyone was working so hard all day. They finished by car right at close of business and they did it with a smile. Thank you everyone! I will continue to bring my car or any new car to you! Happy New Year!

I took my car in for service and a starting problem. It’s always a crapshoot when you drop a European car off for repairs. I am satisfied that the car was fixed right and wished I had brought it there originally.I would have saved some money.

While visiting my inlaws during Thanksgiving our family MB GL350 decided it didn't want to work. Stranded in a different state from where I reside, I felt helpless and in a bad position but I found these guys (Cody and Matt) and they treated us fairly and shot me straight. I would recommend them with the utmost confidence as they are a solid business that puts the customers first.

Vaughan Automotive is the BEST hands down! Took my Mercedes in for some battery maintenance and both were replaced within a couple of hours! If you’re looking for fast, friendly and honest service, this is the place to go! Ask for Cody! His customer service was EXCELLENT!

I brought my car in when my EPC light appeared on my dash. And while I didn’t expect to get the quote that I received (mainly because I didn’t truly know how deep the issues were beforehand), the folks at Vaughan Automotive took care of my Volkswagen and got us back up and running. They also have a very cool tracking system that keeps you updated along the process, and include pictures so you have a visual as well. I would recommend and will be returning for my car needs in the future!

My Mercedes GLC experienced an odd set of problems related to malfunctions of, first one headlight, then another. Other shops wanted to replace an entire headlight assembly or simply couldn’t do the work. Vaughn used their up-to-date analysis equipment and determined that the problem was a part within one headlight. Their analysis was thorough, our discussions of the possibility of further issues were honest and transparent, and their repairs were reasonably priced. I will definitely go back!
