Went there to try to get my transmission fluid changed they messed around with it for a few minutes checked some of my other things then said they couldn’t do it. As soon as I started my car back up it was shaking and my check engine light was now on. And I could barely make it to a different shop because it kept acting like it was gonna die which it wasn’t doing before at all. Knew I shouldn’t have even let them touch it when they tried to say my car was a ctv engine multiples times after I told them it wasn’t. And my car doesn’t even come in a ctv option !! They have no clue what they’re doing honestly

Live In small town in SE KS up taking care of parents delt with Quinton Asst. Manger I think his name was very respectful, Polite, & Knowledgeable. All the guy's where helpful. Little pricier than I'm used to but am from small town. Overall would recommend!!

This was the first time I had been here and when I seen it was all young men I was a little hesitant to get my oil changed. But boy was I wrong! They were the nicest, efficient, fast and accommodating young men. Don't do videos.

Valvoline service is excellent. The 1st oil change completed has made a new lifetime customer. Very competitive pricing, fast service friendly service and you don't even have to leave your auto. I am not a salesperson even though that does sound like the perfect sales pitch, right. What that old saying try it you'll like it. Anyway I recommend their service for you and you auto.

Went there today with my car that has close to 200 thousand miles on it, and they checked everything and didn't try to upsell me on things it didn't need. I'll be back. Plus they were super busy (cars backed up almost to the street) but they got me in in a timely manner. I have zero complaints about this place, and I'll be back.

Not super impressed - they skipped a lot of the checks that are supposed to be done like the lights, fluids, tire pressure, etc, and were really pushy about the type of oil, trying to get me to buy more expensive oil. Won’t be coming here again.

After working 11 hours today and driving 2 to and from work i went in for a oil change at 6pm I asked for Mobil 1 they said ok not knowing they didn't have Mobil 1. 30 minutes later they finally bring me in and say they dont have mobil 1 not a deal breaker at all cool with it. I ask to check the differential fluids they said they don't check it because if I lose fluid they won't fill it back up they only service them. Ok but the fill mark is to the bottom of the fill plug so if it comes out it's over filled. What ever I'm cool with it I need the oil changed. Then they pull the price up and it's 119 before taxes that's a big No. I was there a hour and nothing got done. By the time I left everyone was closed cause it's 7pm now. I went to Sam's club and got 6 qrts of Mobil 1 full synthetic for 35$ and I already had my own Acdelco filter. Lousy just Lousy.

I trust this Jiffy Lube! I’ll tell you why, people like Stephen Carroll! I hope I spelled it correctly, lol. He is a good man and never tries to trick us into getting things we don’t need. I’ve had bad experiences at other Jiffy Lubes but NOT this one! Stephen is always so kind and he’s the only one that’s ever actually vacuumed my floors! This man deserves a management position and a pay raise!
