Alice and James worked tirelessly to keep the line moving at a quick pace all while providing outstanding service. There was another young lady there who was incredibly kind and sweet but I missed her name. Everyone had a wonderful demeanor! Alice took care to answer each question I had and properly reset the oil change message on my dash (which is often forgotten) and help me with some of the settings in my partners car when I wasn’t familiar with what was needed for the safety inspection. This is why we keep coming here! Marvelous and friendly service!

The young man I worked with was very personable and nice. The initial problem was that the station I went to was out of my oil, but they didn't tell me that until I pulled in and, hood was open and we were already underway. So, I had to use a blend instead of full synthetic, which means I'll have to be back sooner, so that's not great. Then, after asking to check my cabin filter, I told him it was a pain in the a$$ to get to behind the glove compartment, and that it may not need changing, but he insisted, so I said sure. After taking it all apart, he then informs me the cabin filter was $59.99. I told him that price was nuts! I can get that on Amazon for $10 or anywhere locally for a max of $30, depending on quality. I told him I wished he had told me the price BEFORE taking things apart to get to it, because I would have said no. I felt a bit obligated to change it at that point, and I had a 25% off coupon received via email, so I did it. I asked him to knock a few more bucks off that price, but he said he couldn't. He didn't pressure me to change it, but he could have been more informative up front. Maybe that's how they are taught to increase the possibility of upselling. I hope not. Overall he was fine and the experience was fine, but there were a couple things that definitely could have gone better.

Was taking my cars there for years until last week. They installed my oil filter with the gasket misaligned which blew out a few days after. Caused a sudden loss in oil pressure while driving and a huge mess. Still not sure if the engine is going to be ok.

I have never seen people move so slowly, without a care in the world 1 car in front of me and our two oil Changes took over an hour While there were 6 employees in the shop At least 2 were standing around doing nothing the entire time! Chewing on their water bottle! Response to their management’s response: Damn you responded faster than anyone moved in that shop! I’m not complaining about sitting in line I’m saying your employees are lazy! 2 or more stood around and did nothing while 1 worked on each car If your paying all that labor maybe they should be doing something

Manager an Staff , Friendly, knowledgeable, qualified , expediant , helpful courteous at Tesson location I have oil changed filters, tires rotated battery check , transmission fluid changed, radiator flushed because I trust the Manager an Staff there an have confidence in their ability to do every job they do professionally

By far my favorite location. Always fast, friendly and honest. No upselling or pressuring you into additional services but will educate you on what the services are and why they are recommending them. Great team here and the manager is awesome!

Entire staff was pleasant and personable. Shout out to Nermin who was super nice, informative, and provided quick service. Went in for an oil change and also had a new battery installed. Very happy with the service and I will definitely come back any time my truck needs serviced.
