Its hit or miss depending on staff. The last visit sucked. Crystal was on my bay. It was clear she didn't want to be there, little conversation about service, then she just stood there and scrolled Facebook. Didn't help air tires up, or help the guys with a airfilter that was being a PITA. Instead she went right outside and smoked where it made my truck and bay smell horrible. I'll go back based on others, but not if she's in the bay.

Hey just wanted to share a 5 star review. Went in today 5 minutes before opening and they were already ready and let me in early. Tyler was friendly and very knowledgeable. They were all friendly. The process was efficient. My oil change and tire rotation was done in 30 minutes. Their lead tech Jose was super professional. You could tell he was serious and cared about performing good work. They were all hands on deck and I couldn’t have went to a better shop. Thanks guys! -Jacob grey vw gti

They suck I went to get oil change they said I needed tire rotation now my wheel is broken around the lug nuts this wheel is one year 3 months old they said the would fix it but now Bill the supervisor said that is not going to be in until next Thursday I’ve already been without a car for 10 days not acceptable don’t go there. My car is fixed and it was because 2 of my wheels aren’t factory and required spacers and the other two are factory and do not need spacers but spacers were left on and made my wheels not fit tight to hub. Was a case of not knowing about the nonfactory wheels My car is fixed and rides smoothly

Speed of work is ok, but I’m not going anymore, they change oil in my car and make me gasket broken now when i change oil they said it is because of time of gasket, no i have a car for 5 years that day that i change oil it just happen that time that happen , they said, they did nit touched, yes they did, now i have to go and finding and paying more because of them!!!

After an experience of waiting over an hour I was given a "free oil change" voucher. I was pleasantly surprised. When i returned back to cash in the voucher it was stated to me that it is not valid and the manager had been fired.

Don’t waste ur time coming to this location, made me wait 45 minutes, then gave me the clear to pull in the tech directed me in and then all of a sudden my car bottoms in the front on their lift. While the tech is directing me in and seeing that happen. They then had me back up and said to wait on the manager, once the manager came out I was told I don’t fit in the bays my car is too low (2012 Mercedes, C 300 no modifications factory height) so I asked if I could just get my top off and that I will go to the location that I usually go to off of South Lindberg. The manager only topped off my washer fluid, even though he stated that I was half a quart low on oil the main reason I came is because last time my wife got the oil change I think they stripped a drain plug or didn’t tighten enough because we have been seeing a puddle of oil in our driveway ever since So I wanted them to take a look and see what was going on Don’t waste your time coming to this location. Overall Valvoline is a good company. I used to be a manager at store 53 off of Hampton The training program is usually good, but I don’t know what’s going on with this location.

Never going back there again. They strip my oil drain plug and send me out. I had to go to a different location to have them fix it for me. I'll go back to Waterloo location or Fairview heights location before I go back to telegraph location

Pulled parts although I asked for oil/filter only then did not reinstall air box lid correctly. Extremely slow. Hour and a half from arrival to departure. They try to be too many things when they should focus on what they have always been known for, oil changes. Ugggg.

DON'T GET YOUR TIRES ROTATED AT VALVOLINE. I did and they do not include a balancing of the tires - which they do not offer. My car rode very rough and it was quite noticeable.....I called Valvoline and they could not have cared less. I had to take my car to another place to get this corrected...so don't waste your time and money like I did.

Love the service and being able to stay in my vehicle while the oil is being changed. The technician was very thorough, checking all of my lights/signals and topping other fluids off. The technician didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need either. That's always a plus!

One of my tires was only at 22 PSI and after Googling and reading 20 or less is considered a flat and shouldn’t be driven on, I was freaking out. Couple that with being in Oakville visiting family, about 25 miles from where I live, and only 7° outside I was not comfortable driving all the way home with my dog and then to my neighborhood mechanic. I always go to Valvoline for oil changes and thought if they could just put enough air in to get me a larger buffer from 20 then from there can determine what going on at the mechanic the following day and if it’s more serious I need to need to replace the tire. They did better than that!! The guys at this location recognized it was the valve and Eric the assistant manager came outside (both bays were occupied with vehicles being serviced) AND replaced that / filled it to 35 in below freezing weather to get me up and running!! I can’t recommend this location enough- just extremely extremely grateful/ impressed!! I’m going to do a survey with Valvoline but also wanted to give them 5 stars here for the general public!!
