We personally had Willie as our service tech and he was awesome! He explained everything that was being done and why it needed done! He and his team deserve 5 stars all around!

I came here just to get my tires checked. Waited over half an hour and still never got my tires checked. Ended up having to leave. Absolutely ridiculous. There was only one car in front of me and they literally could have just open the door and checked my tires, but they just ignored me after asking what I needed done. Never gave me a wait time nor did they ever check on me after that. Worst service I've ever had at Valvoline.

The mechanics were very helpful and courteous. They didn't try to "oversell" me. I do not know anything about cars and I felt as though they took the time to explain things.

I pulled in for an oil change, I love that I can sit in my car while they do their work. Marshal, Michael, Andrew and Isiah all had a part in my wonderful customer service experience! No high pressure sales which I appreciate! I also found a 50% off coupon online so be sure to look for that before you pull in! I don’t believe that I was in the garage for 15 minutes, it was quick! Thanks so much guys for making this oil change simple😊

The quality of this location has suffered in the past year. My visit today was not up to the standards I expect from Valvoline. They forgot to put air in 2 of my tires and could not remove the screws to check my air filter. They said that my tag bulbs needed to be replaced; I don't know if they did it or charged me for it but they certainly didn't test them and they still don't work. They replaced my rear wiper blade and when I got home, I found the cap that covers the nut in my driveway so it must have made the ride home on the bumper or roof. I'll be trying a different Valvoline next time but I hope the service here improves as it is closest to my home.
