I was assisted by Mr. Twin and Mr Jersey. They were professional and efficient. Great attitudes! I was most impressed by the way they encouraged one another. With that type of positive work environment I know I can trust them.

I drove up to Valvoline on Hampton at quarter to 7:00 and they closed at 7:00. They were still very friendly instead of getting an attitude because they were getting ready to close very very friendly very very helpful smiled the whole time and I was out of there in 10 minutes. Loved the whole experience

The team was super friendly and helpful, helped us get coupons, and make sure my car was safe. Walked me through all the services i needed, and why, and how often to check things. The whole team was great and a wonderful experience. Shout out to Jersey, Montell, and Nick for a great visit!

Horrible, I bought a 2021 car, I got an oil change when it was time. The next day, the engine light came on, car shaking, of course I went off on the dealer for selling me a bad car, I recently purchased. No, Valvolin did something with the engine filter and reimbursed me. However, I still had to pay the dealership for diagnostic. Not the first time, my husband had to take his car back, and they didn't put enough oil in the car. Mistakes do happen. However, I will not be taking my car to Valvolin.

The night I went it was only three workers and they were very efficient and did the best they could and I really appreciate that. My wait time was not long because I'm a very patient person I understand working short staff. But they did very good and worked well together.

Third car in line shortly after open and it was still an hour wait. They put a car that showed up after me ahead of me. Asst. manager told me they’d start on me in “five minutes” which was then another 20. Then when they got me in, they didn’t check any of my lights, but still attempted to upsell me. Never apologized for my wait or for not following first come, first served. And they’re expensive as hell for no reason even with a “coupon”.

Unfortunately you have a few employees that seem to be relics... Meaning at this South Kingshighway location you have alot more employees staffed to handel 4 bays at once but if you only open 2 of them [as was when I was there mid-day waiting 2 deep in line] they simply have a few stand around observing and talking non-work!

Skie is absolutely phenomenal. She exemplifies the meaning of TEAM. It is a refreshing to have a manager here who has true passion for customer satisfaction and no matter what the task is always Happy to help. Valvolive you should definitely promote sky to manage/ train multiple locations, she is team builder and a true trainer !!!

I believe his name was Dylan. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was a pleasure to work with i couldn't have asked for better. He answered all my questions and concerns. He even gave me helpful suggestions/tips. Everyone i encountered on 11/17 was nice. I will definitely be coming back here.

We've gone to this location several times and always have a great experience. This time we had a Skie for our oil change and she was awesome! She was warm and welcoming, knowledgeable and she even offered to let me get out of my car during the oil change to tend to my baby who was fussy in the backseat. We love this location and will definitely be back.
