The staff is very lazy. Often, they do not have oil for my vehicle. Sometimes, oil filters are not in stock.

These techs are superior to all Valvoline stops on St Louis by far. They're all knowledgeable and HONEST, they all go out of their way to provide the best service in the greater st. Louis area and I do stop at most of them.

This location always does a great job and has been my go to for about 5 years with several different family vehicles. Their hours are excellent, I don't think I have ever waited more than 5 minutes. They offer great coupons and I love that I usually stay in my car. Excellent service, staff and value!

We pulled up to this location around 4:45pm on a Saturday, so I will admit we pulled in close to closing time. However, I don't think that warrants the technicians to rush my vehicle through with incomplete work. First of all, the tech that checked my air filter SMASHED it back into the housing unit, causing the top of the filter to break off. This very well could have caused costly issues with my MAF sensor. The filter was mangled and misshapen when the full service mechanic I went to showed it to me. Valvoline customer service managed to successfully help me with the bill from the full service mechanic. Most importantly, Valvoline promises an 18-point maintenance check with every oil change. Why were my tires not topped off? I drove onto the bay with 25-28 psi due to the seasonal change. When I checked once I returned home, they were still sitting at 25-28, despite my invoice claiming they were "Checked-OK" at 35 psi. This raises a more important question: if they're not doing something as simple as filling my tires, what else did they not do? Did they actually check the brake fluid level? What about the coolant? I am not a mechanic, so I trust mechanics to take good care of my car when they say they will. Considering this 18-point maintenance check is supposed to come with every oil change, I feel like I drove off the bay with incompetent, incomplete work. I will never drive my car onto a Valvoline lot ever again. You have completely lost my trust, not only based on this experience, but also with the way Valvoline's customer service has handled this. 2 stars because it appears they did manage to change my rear wiper blade correctly.

I go to the Valvoline on S Lindbergh because they are so thorough and nice. I have one closer to where I live, but not impressed with them.

I always come to Valvoline for oil changes Manager named Ethan was great and very helpful. I pulled into there in the rain and needed my windshield wipers replaced badly. I hate that dragging noise it makes me crazy. I was so relieved when I drove out of there. That’s a good feeling to have. Made my day better. I will come back to this location in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised, I got an oil change and was going to get a radiator flush at the Valvoline on South Lindbergh, but Ethan checked the radiator foot and said there's nothing wrong with it you don't need to flush and he didn't feel good charging me that's customer service there any other places would have done it and charge you anyway

In the car oil change pull up kick back wait till they tell you it that time I just kicked back and played a switch all in all an enjoyable experience and extremely convenient if you have multiple or small children but more expensive than others b3cause of the service.

Terrible service. I pulled up and was guided to bay 3. Ethan says it will be about 15 mins and we will move you up. 35 minutes later 2 cars have been pulled in bay 4, serviced and left. All while I'm trapped in bay 3 with a car in front if and behind me. At the 35 min mark they pulled the car from behind me into bay 4 and began checking them in. I don't know his name, heavy set guy with long hair. I called them out on not having even checked me in. He said oh that computer is down and we will pull you up when the first car is done. They were clearly having issues with the car in front of me, and several guys just standing around. I could not wait any longer and had to leave without getting my oil changed. Poor resource and queue management. I would not reccomend this store.
