Brandon took care of me today, I always have a great experience at this valvoline. They are always so nice even when working in the heat all day with demanding customers. Brandon even went beyond his duties to help me when my car wouldn't start back up, he told me the positive terminal on my battery was loose and would need to be changed, he tightened it for me and sent me to advance to get the part I needed. Always very nice people here, I wouldn't go anywhere else which is why I've come here for many years now. Great crew, they all deserve more compensation for what they do with smiles and kindness!

Came in on for an oil change on 1-25-2025. The crew lost my oil cap. Know they didn't charge for the oil change and they sent someone to get a new oil cap for my truck. My problem with them is how they handled the whole event which took 2 and half hours to get figured out. Nobody came to me and let me know what was going and after sitting there for almost an hour I had to asked what going on. They told me they lost the cap and they sent someone to get a new one and he was on his way back. An hour after that I had to flag down crew member and ask what was the real time frame for the employee to return with the oil cap because since it had been an hour since he told me they were supposedly on there way back and there's no way it should have took that long. They probably didn't send anyone until after I asked cause it took another 15 minutes before they had the new cap for me. Obviously I was lied to in an effort to keep me happy. The crew could have handled this situation much better by being honest and letting me know what going as it happened.

The staff is very friendly, professional, kind and very thorough and quick. I highly recommend them. Their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be back for another oil change. They had an ok line coupon that saved me $10. That was great. They changed my front turn signal for a reasonable price and they did my oil change. I was in and out really fast. Thank u for the excellent service: Brandon, Daniel and Sebastian. Keep up the great work. I liked being able to stay in the car while they took care of everything. The employees all seemed very happy and smiling.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. They will damage your vehicle and Valvoline will not take any responsibility for the damage they admit to doing. Don't bother with their claim tickets to start an inquiry when they damage your vehicle as it's a ploy to string time along before they refuse to take any responsibility in fixing what they damage. The technician cross threaded the oil pan plug one of our company vehicles and it no longer seals correctly. Now this vehicle is out of service as we cant have oil leaking on clients driveways. UPDATE: A good amount of time has passed and despite us reaching out management did not reach out and did not help resolve the issue. We tried multiple times to reach someone that could provide service and hit the same brick wall. In fact the service location wouldn't even change our oil as they didn't want to touch their own repair incase it failed. The repair eventually failed and we had to get rid of the vehicle due to the damages. No one that cares about the safety of their vehicle should let this company touch their vehicles.

Very unhappy with the service job didn't check anything asked if you check my tire pressure wrote on the receipt 35 front 35 rear tires I had pulled a trailer down here and aired them up to 48 lb in the rear had to the attendant this and then he said he would check them I said but you've already wrote on the receipt you've checked it never checked the air filter I made the comment if he was lying on checking the air pressure what else is he lying on that he checked

Wouldn’t come back here if my car was breaking down and I was about to be stranded. I came here for the first time alone without my dad and was treated terribly. They laughed in my face and made me feel like an idiot. My car didn’t work immediately after and when I asked for help they all sat there talking with each other and ignored me. Finally a manager decided to help me and I was over 40 minutes late to work because they didn’t put the air filter in correctly and my car wouldn’t start. I had issues with my car about a month later and had to pay more money due to them not doing their job correctly.

Professional, affordable and completed in a timely manner. I come here every time. The cost to do an oil change yourself vs paying someone is the difference of a few dollars. Plus they top Off fluids, check tire pressure and filters. I highly recommend

I have gone there numerous times but this last visit was pretty much my last after the service. The attendant was almost absent. I had to ask them to check my lights, and washer fluids (which they did not fill) check my tire pressure. But the kicker was when I ask the guy said the reason they did not do it as they normally would was because when they ask me if I had any issues I said no. I had to ask them to check and change the air filter and when they opened it there was a red rag that they had obviously left in there from my last visit… I have had minor issues in the past but I am looking for a new Valvoline location as this last visit did me in.

Messed up the engine on our year and a half old truck, they paid for the engine repair and the truck to be towed to Ford from their shop however, corporate will not reimburse us for all of our other expenses we had since we were on vacation when this happened

I was past due on an oil change and needed one quickly before hitting the road for a trip. Stopped in and was greeted with smiles and a warm welcome by the guys. Brandon, Michael and Matt all were so fun and professional. They didn’t have the air filter I needed in stock so Brandon the manager made a phone call to have one picked up from the local auto zone by one of the guys. While waiting he helped me save even more money than the coupon I presented him! They truly went above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough! Definitely recommend when you need your next oil change

Just sat in line at Valvoline for FIFTY MINUTES waiting for an oil change. At no time did any employee come out to acknowledge my presence, ask what I was coming in for or try to explain why the wait was so much longer than the advertised 15 minute oil change. I have been to this business multiple times and this is by far the worst customer service I have experienced. I left without the oil change, drove a half mile down Bee Ridge and stopped at Jiffy Lube. Got right in.

Terrible customer service. A 15minute oil change took 45! The tech doing it had a bandaged hand and when he was approached by the manager he was screaming at him. (He should have been sent home!!!) Next day, the ‘change oil’ light was on and the cover in picture was hanging. Took it back and I was told it was ripped and then heard the underneath guy holler for a zip tie.
