The Valvoline staff suggested a tire rotation, which I agreed to. But then the staff were openly, loudly complaining about how much of an effort it was to perform the tire rotation due to something to do with my type of wheels (I drive a VW). It is rude to be the one to suggest the service and then complain about having to carry it out and making the customer feel like a burden for something they are paying for. They also tried to push several additional services.

I came here for oil change and the team members told me that my air filter was very dirty which i just checked two weeks ago it was very clean and nice, i doubt they have changed my filter to charge some money over all it was too expensive.

Marcel is the man, great customer service. The whole team there is great, I got an oil change in and out in like 10 min. Really appreciate they don’t force unnecessary labor down your throat, they just do their jobs very well and very quick.

Second time I went to Valvoline - one week oil change and next week wiper blades (stolen between visits!). I called the Valvoline # and the person the phone was very helpful and confirmed wiper blades to fit my car were at my local shop. Once there, Luis was so helpful and I really appreciate the service and patience he showed (as well as the others). Thank you.

Great customer service. Pulled up the coupon from the website and they applied it no problem. Oil change itself was about $65 after the coupon.

I hate sharing bad reviews, however, despite coming to this Valvoline location multiple times in the past with no issue, recently, I had a terrible experience. The oil cap was not tightened and the oil filter was placed on without fully removing the gasket from the old filter, causing a massive oil leak within 10 minutes of driving and running out of oil almost immediately. I was grateful that the location manager (she was great!) came out to work on solving the problem, but it caused me to miss work and my car to pollute the air with oil smoke (as the leaked oil burned off the engine parts) for many days afterwards. I was then required to purchase oil from my local auto parts store and told I would be reimbursed, but have not been contacted about this. I received no refund on my services when, I believe, my services should be fully refunded due to improper work. Unfortunately, after this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning here.

I usually enjoy coming to this location, but this time the staff was very rude. While one technician was nice, the others were not. They didn’t provide clear guidance on what I needed to do, yet they criticized me for not understanding.it was incorrect.

Team members were wonderful but they removed the oil in my vehicle before making sure they had the right kind to replace it. We ended up waiting here for almost 2-2.5 hours and when I asked for some sort of discount for the trouble the best they could do was worse than their normal coupons. It was a horrible experience made slightly better by pleasant staff.

waited in line for 45 minutes. they had thee lanes open, but in that time they only processed one car. i ran out of time and had to leave. budget your time accordingly!

I went for an oil change and they forgot to add the coupon that I had so now I have to wait for 5 days for the coupon amount to refund back to me. And that was ok. But I also did a tire rotation, and I drove home right after. Next morning I found I had a flat tire… l’m not gonna go back for anything that’s for sure Their reply seemed nice but they never relied my email and customer service always just asked me to wait

My attendant was super friendly and very knowledgeable! He answered all my questions while giving me a lesson on my car! Totally worth the price, the wait and the service. I will be returning on my next change!

The women who work here are a huge value. They seem to motivate the team and keep things moving with kindness and assertiveness. I was happy to see the male team members sharing respect with them.
