Was super convenient. No appointment needed and they had enough staff on so I didn't have to wait in line. They report everything to Carfax so you have a record of the service when you go to sell your car. I wouldn't say it was cheap but pricing seemed reasonable. They checked a bunch of stuff and recommended a few extras which I thought were legit, and it didn't seem like they were trying to sell me any unneeded stuff.

Went there for coolant flush, pay the service went to my private mechanic and he told me they have done a very bad job . Jose is the employee that helped me . I went back the store talked to the manager( big white guy) told me oh yes it’s normal to have it dirty I am not going to flush it again putting his gloves in my coolant tank. They don’t even put back the bumper screws back well every time I go . They charge a lot for bulbs (20$ rear light) It is a neighborhood shop but for sure they have better deals. Now my car is over heating , thank you for not doing your job guys .

The team here is really good. Super clear communication, good vibe at the shop. Manager is on top of the crew and everyone was coordinated and talking to one another. I was in for a tire rotation and oil change. They suggested some other services and explained the priority and what could wait. Didn’t feel any pressure to add services, but just the way everything was handled, I’m definitely coming back for future maintenance services. Kudos to the team, keep doing what you’re doing. Refreshing when a business is run well.
