They proactively checked whether they had a filter in stock (apparently my car model had low inventory recently)while I still waited in line. I appreciated them trying to not waste my time.

Service took longer than average. Nicholas told me ten or fifteen minutes and then after adding a tire rotation to the fleet vehicle without notification, added another 15 minutes.

When I first got there I was the second car in line. Three other cars got there after I did but they got serviced before me. So that started off a bit bad. However the CSR Esteban and the topside tech Antonio, were super great and helpful. Never felt pressured to buy anything, they were super informative and respectful. The bottom side tech Matthew, could use more training. I heard another tech asking why the pit was closed on Bay 1 when we haven’t even added oil in. When they called out to check the oil pressure I saw the bottom tech in the bay next to me yelling out the “1,2,3 good to go Bay 1”. He never check under my car. When Antonio asked me to turn my car off. I asked if there was any issues below and he said no. But ask if there should be. I said no just curious how the tech check my car and he wasn’t even under there. Antonio went the extra mile and checked my car while another tech asked me to turn my car on. He then came up and checked my oil level. He has great costumer service and has a genuine care for the customers. Thank you Antonio and Estaban for the great service and attention to detail.

In and out super easy. Came in around 9am was out in 15 mins Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I loved that they didn't push on any extra items that were not needed. They did all points inspection and tires. Definitely coming back. Was able to use 15% off coupon for Fall promotion. Theres 20% off this friday as well 11.22.24 Check your email! yay!

Service was prompt, I know when I go it's going to be quick. Checking the rest of my (old) car over over also gives me peace of mind and lets me know if I might have bigger problems I need to fix.

The technician that helped me was great with setting expectations and telling me what the process would be like. The Oil change was pretty straight forward and completed quickly. It was great that the location had a fuel filter in stock and were able to service the vehicle. They offered some other services that I declined and I was on my way.

Newer Car!!! The unsupervised and unskilled employee "Spilled" oil all over my engine, then tried to use Windex and water to clean. What a joke. I still have smoke and burned oil smell. My recommendation; Do Not Go to the Carmel Mountain location.

I did an oil change here in July. A few days after the service the oil started leaking though the oil drain plug. Maybe they didn't replace the old gasket or they didn't install it properly. In any case i had to do the service again to get it fixed. Also, they said that the manufacturer of my car recommends a transmission oil service at 70k miles, but that service interval is 100k miles.

Tried giving this location benefit of the doubt and put any blame on the vehicle. It seems that every time I get an oil change at this location something goes wrong. Their services have resulted in thousands of dollars in repairs - whether it’s repairing oil hoses, power steering, electrical, etc.; whenever they touch our vehicle, something goes wrong. We recently (9/16/24) inquired about a battery replacement where they said everything is fine (70% life remaining). My wife and I are now broken down waiting for a tow service for more repairs. If you’re taking your vehicle at this location for anything, proceed with caution.

Stoped by to get oil change today. Got help by Anthony, he was supper nice and helpful. He also gave me good recommendations for my upcoming long distance trip. Highly recommend, definitely come back!

Stopped in for an oil change this morning and was parked and left alone. Not a “Hi” or “Hey we will be right with you”. I left as I sat there for 15mins waiting to even be acknowledged. Won’t come here again.

Avoid this place. Technically they are not capable. For a simple oil change, they forgot to put the check fluid dip tick back to the car.

Great place for an oil change. Quick, courteous and professional. It is a little pricey but I need new oil so I don't have a lot of choices. I was able to get in and out in less than 15 minutes.
