Excellent service. Victor was very helpful and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond his duties to answer our questions. Even made sure to clean and oil handprints left on the vehicle.

Terrible service! They overcharged on a service that was very simple. All they want is the money, but they are not doing their work correctly. Reported it to the company and opened a case.

Can't say anything bad. The 2 employees I interacted with were polite. I could tell that my Tech was tired, but he was very polite. Prices were fair. Wait times were not long. It was a good experience.

I don’t like to rate places poorly but if i can help someone not have the problems i have then its worth it. Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I now have leaked about a quart of oil because they couldn’t tighten the oil filter. They stripped multiple lug nut covers such that they are ruined and even fell off. I filled out the online review and no one cared to reach out and make it right. DONT GO HERE unless you like them breaking your car without enough integrity to reach out and fix it. You should not put plastic lug nut covers on with a torque wrench unless you are lazy or not educated. I thought i would give this place another try since the last time they did my inspection years ago they drove my van through the mud.

In my last visit, I went there for a car inspection only. They are prompt and efficient. Got it done in less than 10 mins. I regularly go to Valvoline for oil changes for our cars. They do a wonderful job. Fast and efficient.

Service was as always quick and done correctly. However they didn't check my tires which is no big thing yet they marked it on the service ticket that they did.
