Went in a while back. Just got a reminder to leave review. I get so many emails but here it goes. Service was fast only thing is the guy talking had a strong smell of alcohol to him. He might have been intoxicated which alerted me to check the work they did. I felt very uncomfortable as he was slurring his words and talking too much. It was quick I’ll give you that. I was in and out in no time. Name was Cameron

Amazing job! Complete turn around on how I felt about getting my oil changed at other companies. Walmart has taken 5hrs and the Kia dealer has taken 2hrs. These guys are quick! They are all super sweet and very informative on car knowledge. I got to see everything being done the right way. Even the dipstick level. Plus a 15$ coupon on my visit since I was new they also except Apple Pay for the hectic holiday budgeting. I love everything about this location and will definitely return and recommend them. This entire team on 12-17-24 @8am was perfect. So much better than anywhere else. I’m happy and want to give them a hug for making the experience 20xs better. I love you guys! 💙👍🏽 Keep at the fantastic work!

Highly recommend! These guys are great. Working their butts off every day and they do a darn good job. I’ve been there twice and both times have been happy with the result. They are knowledgeable, they know how to get the job done and they seem to genuinely enjoy what they are doing. Just a good bunch of people.

I have never been to this Valvoline. However, for months I have been receiving emails from this location to various customers who have been there, including links to their invoices which include their home addresses and vehicle information. I can tell you that today (December 3rd) Steven (last name omitted by me) had an oil change on his 2015 Silverado, for a total of $123.32. Doris had a courtesy check for $9.99 on her Nissan Sentra. Mackenzie's 2021 RAV4 needed an inspection sticker. Please stop. Update: on 12/15, Sonia Daniels brought in her 2021 Cadillac Escalade.

I like this place and have used their service. I actually called the number to the location and it sucked!!!!!!!!! You don't get the location - You get a call center which is awful. You can tell it is not local and I hate speaking to them because you don't get anywhere with them. It is very disappointing.

I regularly use this Valvoline store for oil changes. They provide reasonable waiting time (including managing lines to not keep people waiting any more than necessary), friendly and polite staff, efficient service, and reasonable prices.
