I was in a bind with my car when I came to Valvoline. I’m writing this review because I truly appreciated the kindness and above and beyond good-will of the young man named Brody who manages this shop and the other gentleman Bryan and David working there the evening I came with my car. Though worried about my car, I was calmed by how patient they were though I came right before closing with a car leaking a lot of engine oil! They saw the critical need and didn’t turn me away, and quickly helped me diagnose the problem. I highly recommend this shop just based on all their focus on providing excellent customer-service. The world needs more folks like Brody!

This is my go-to place. Way more professional than Jiffy. Only complaint is every time I go here i end up missing a valve stem cap on a tire.

Great service, I was at a previous Valvoline in Belton I think they stripped out the fill on the front differential. The gentlemen here took time and care to make sure my vehicle was good to go. They had to remove the rounded fill plug. Amazing work! They kept in good communication the whole time as well. All fluids changed and flushed. No complaints. I'll be coming back here from now on. I had a 2001 red Tacoma.

During a recent oil change, staff approached me about differential full service... to which I agreed. Now, on inspection related to repair work in a shop specializing in the vehicle make I own, the technician discovered the differential had been overfilled. What's more, the very dark color of the lubricant indicated the likelihood staff at Valvoline had not performed full service. Instead, had simply added lubricant to the differential. The reader may draw his / her own conclusion.

The entire crew is always so incredibly polite and professional. They are busting their backs getting vehicles moved through as quickly and efficiently as feasible. Been going to this spot since it opened.

We're a military family and own 4 cars (two for my teenage daughters) and have been to this Valvoline probably 6 times over the past 1.5 years. It is my favorite place I've ever been to for oil changes and minor car issues (tire rotation, etc.). Brody and his team are so very courteous, professional, and efficient. I have been consistently satisfied at every visit. I can't speak high enough for Brody (manager) and his team!

Brody is a very impressive manager, and the fact that he is only 22 years old, makes him even more impressive!! He was very professional, courteous, and displayed qualities that every manager should strive for. Excellent service!

This place has no concept of First Come First serve at all. Waited for 90 minutes and vehicles kept coming and going but no one would guide me to the other lane as i am blocked on both sides. I asked one of the staff and he was sorry but no one was tracking which vehicle got there first. I was disappointed so I left for a better place that valued my time.

Was great, gotten worse as Alamo Ranch gets more congested. 75 minute wait to get into bay. 2+hrs total for oil change and inspection.

Went here for my yearly safety inspection. Was in and out in no time! Even put a little coolant in and checked my battery at no cost!

Called Valvoline and explained I needed a fuel filter replaced. Gave my vehicle info. The rep spoke with manager at the store and said they could do it and had a fuel filter in stock. I get to store and am told “we usually don’t do these ones”. I told them I just called and he said “nobody called me”. But then later says “oh you’re the one they asked about”. I kept saying I called ahead. The person asked me if I had my own and I said yes. They came back and told me they have one in stock, and either way would be charged the $99 fee. I said “yes that is exactly what the person on the phone told me”. Response was “yeah i usually tell customers to press 9, that was a customer service agent and they don’t know anything”. How is any customer supposed to know all that? Each time he came back he said EXACTLY what the customer service rep said. The customer service reps and store reps need to get their communication together so it doesn’t impact customers. I would’ve driven somewhere else had I not been told they have the capability and parts on hand. This was the most ridiculous conversation I’ve had with a service tech.
