I went in 10 minutes before closing and they were great about me coming in so late and didn't even mention it! Treated me just as if I had walked in hours early. Checked everything thoroughly and even chit chatted a bit.

The crew did great with my custom jeep, they asked what motor swap I did so they could service it correctly. They explained the torque values they use on the oil pan. Overall, great experience.

The ease of showing up, getting directed to a bay and having the oil changed right there while in the car. The process is expedient and in today's fast-paced environment, it is entirely welcome. Staff are always professional and even have treats for dogs.

Very fast and awesome oil change. Everyone here was super friendly, especially the young lady who did all the paperwork. Very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. 5 star service.

I believe I did used one in Wyoming while traveling.. I had to go buy my own oil. Only charged me for labor. Very thorough and super sweet people

Our third stop at a Valvoline oil change was like the others... Good service, and we also got the military discount. Our FAVORITE place is in MD, but Valvoline has not steered us wrong in 3 different states . We will go them them when we travel and need the service...

Thank you, Sara, Harmonie and Fermin!!! I rolled up here at 7 AM knowing that they would open at 7:30 and patiently waited because it’s the only way I can get home at this point. I’m traveling out west from Indiana with my little dog, to sightsee and my car has been yelling at me for an oil change for miles. The technicians and staff were very friendly and accommodating! They made sure that my car had everything ready to be roadworthy. I even got a new engine filter and wiper blades and they topped off all my fluids. I feel safe on my journey home and my car already sounds better seriously, I appreciate all of you and your patience while I waited for you guys to open. I felt like such a jerk, but I knew if I didn’t stop In rock Springs, I probably wouldn’t stop at all in my car would suffer the consequences of my poor actions! Live long and prosper!

I pulled into the business, motioned me the doors, got out told the tech pull this through the bay, I can't do it. He pulled it through and after that sitting in the driver's seat witnessed everything that was being done for the money that I was being charged. Only took about 15 minutes and I was on my way with a friendly wave goodbye and I was done
