Customer service was great. The team went the extra mile making sure my wipers were set correctly. But they left hoses unfastened from the air filter change. My care shut down on my way home.

Never had any problems with getting my oil changed pick and super friendly staff. Dealerships usually have better pricing but the wait is usually a few hours (while they try to seek you a car). Valvoline has you in and out for a few dollars more with no hassle.

Well, you will never see me come back here again. I was already in line for service. They made me back out of line so they can put a different vehicle in front of me. Absolutely unprofessional and uncalled for.

0 stars. Was just here and was having my oil changed, the guy left the oil Evac tube inside my engine for an extended amount of time and it got stuck in there. One by one all the employee came trying to pull it out while it was clearly stuck inside. They kept stretching it longer and longer, ending with the so-called manager finally pulling so hard the house clearly ripped in parts. I asked to see the hose and it was flat, curled and the end had blatant rip mark. They put the hose away and said there was no problem. I asked them to see the hose to take a picture and they brought a completely different hose over. I told them I knew it was not it, they insisted it was. Finally they brought the real hose over and I took pictures. Went to office to talk to the so-called manager, the only person on staff without his name embroidered on his shirt, no business cards with his name on it either. He would not give me his managers name, contact number or anything. He said he would call me in the future if he could get approved to give me a free oil change. I took the hose and left, I will be contact corporate, whom manager stated they don't work for, in an attempt to find his managers contact info. I believe part of their evac hose is inside my engine and who knows when it will cause catastrophic failure of any component!

Came here and then went to Walmart to service my second vehicle, paid twice as much here. They were nice and quick, changed a burnt bulb for an upcharge.
