Horrible service they take advantage of customers especially of younger women who don’t know any better . My sister had an oil leak in her car that she did not know of, she went in for an oil change on September, November then she went back in December because her car was low on oil they charged her another oil change everytime(not even sure if they actually did it) …. She was never told of oil the leak /never written in invoice notes. They kept” changing her oil “without alerting her of oil leaks. When we complained( in a professional matter) the manager had a horrible attitude and deflecting question we requested for some kind of reimbursement (not given) they did not take blame of taking her money.

If I could put zero stars on this review I would. I brought in my truck believing that it would be a usual in and out no fuss no stress usual oil change and some extras but no. This guy, I don't know what he was on or if it was his very first day, but this guy knows nothing about vehicles. He asked me about my tire pressure and my truck is lifted and obviously does not have factory tires. He told me I should have my tire pressure at the factory recommended psi and just didn't understand that my tires and their pressure aren't going to match lol He also did not know how to put in radiator fluid, and I'm pretty sure he is the reason why I have to get it fixed now. Honestly, I should have gone to the dealership. Still would have gotten a headache but not as bad as the one I had after being serviced here. And to top it all off it would have been cheaper. Skip!

The employees are always friendly and suggest what needs to be serviced for your car. They don't pressure you to buy more, they just inform you for preventive maintenance.

The technicians at this location engaged in unsavory upsell tactics and actually worked in tandem to disable my car from beneath in order to create a sense of desperation in me. The technicians and the manager talked to me like I was a second rate piece of trash and not until I contacted my husband to let him know what was going on. It felt like a very illegal, calculated organized group of thugs who choose their victims as they pull into the bay. I showed the reading for my battery on Yelp, which was gotten from the auto parts store right across the street. They also refused to give me a receipt and the technician made me exit the car and stand in the bay while he entered my driver's seat and tinkered with things on my dashboard. While he was in there, the technician underneath my car released something and my brake pedal could be depressed again and my steering wheel unlocked. Valvoline has not vetted the thugs they hire and you run the risk of being strong armed out of money. Steer clear! I will stick to going to the dealer, I only went there to keep from driving to my regular delaership, lesson learned!

Great service for all the drive-in basics (tires, oil, fluid, etc). Fast, reasonably cheap, usually <100$ for the basics. Haven’t ever been to them for anything more heavy duty like suspension or damage repair, but for just a routine check-up they are my go-to.

I went to a Valvoline at another city years ago and I was impressed with all the communication and how fast it was. I was in a bind and had to stop in at this location and it also did not disappoint, everyone was friendly they show you proof of everything they replace which may put some people at ease with trust issues. If I ever need there services I will be returning.

Went and took my 2018 Vw Tijuana. Since my car is a luxury car aka European it's take blue oil, so it was more expensive for me but with the coupon it came out to 145 and also got my carbin filter replaced also got a discount on that.Everything came out to 200 they did a good job also it was two women that did it shoot to them girl power satisfied customer will be going back. I thought it was better then jiffy lube. Just saying

Never buy a battery here! 2 months after purchase it died and aaa jumped it. 2 months later it died again and they finally believed me and replaced it under warranty. Randy the manager not very friendly. Won't be back.

Always love coming to Valvoline, although this isn’t my home location the staff was super friendly, helpful and worked efficiently! Didn’t wait long to check everything for my car, I was able to get my cabin air filter, auto trans fluid replaced, and my windshield wipers all for a good price. Its been yrs since ive been here but, the guys there are super helpful and kind. They did everything I needed. My oil change, window whipers, air pressure and the filter for the ac. They also informed me of things tht id need in the future and tire rotation. Definitely worth going back.

Waited an hour. Just needed two lights replaced. Told staff ahead of time while I waited my turn. Took an additional 15 minutes for someone to tell me they don't have the part. Could have went to AutoZone and replaced them for cheaper, in less time, and the work would have actually got done. Very disappointed I used my lunch to go here.

Oil change process was easy and quick, but they put a sticker for only three months, even though I asked them to put their recommended “max life” oil. When I called to know more about the oil life the lady on the phone gave the most absurd explanation on oil life sticker I’ve ever heard. Also, the UCR discount is not transparent and minimal; would definitely go to my dealer the next time for an oil change.
