Waited over an hour for an inspection. Told one car in front of me, but when that car was done, mechanic left the bay and went to work in another bay. No communication!

In and out in 12mins. Not only are they fast, but so kind. I go out of my way to visit this Valvoline because it's that much better than other oil change places.

From the moment I arrived the rep Barkim was attentive to my needs and provided EXCELLENT customer service that went above what I was expecting. I am so thankful I decided to get my oil change/filters there at that business.

Came on a Saturday morning to get an oil change. Was pleasantly surprised to find that it was empty and was immediately helped. Barkim was very friendly and helpful! It was the quickest and easiest oil change I have had. Will definitely be back to this location!

I would never go here for anything. The manager never told me they were offering 50% off oil changes. The next day I saw online that they were having a 50% off promotion so I went back and the manager told me there was nothing he could do. He couldn’t honor the 50% off offer.

VERY VERY SNEAKY AND BAD WORKERS. I went to this Valvoline and got my oil changed. The employee tampered with my car and receipt. My car now has a blown engine and no paper trail thanks to THIS VALVOLINE. DO NOT GO HERE! I REPEAT!! DO NOT GO HERE! They will mess your car up and NOT take liability. They won’t even care.

11-24-2024 my daughter went there by herself to get an oil change and all of a sudden her car would not start. They tried to sell her a battery. I told her it was time for a new battery so they gave her jump, She decided to cut it off again and it would not start still. They kept pressing her to buy a battery. She stayed there 30 minutes and they kept telling her to buy a new battery for $280. I told her no get the jump, Go to Walmart and get you a battery when she left the car kept starting every time I believe they tried to rip her off never going back again.

I was able to drive right into the bay after being greeted by Mark, who was very polite and professional. Once he found my information in the system he asked how my windshield wipers were doing. I told him my back one was awful and he went to get a replacement. Barkim helped me during the payment process and was also kind and professional. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes!

I was hugely impressed by the whole team. Very professional and informative. They even told me about a transmission leak that they had caught and I had not known about, due to the leak dripping into my skip plate. I’m very thankful, and I highly recommend them!

Most honest oil change location in Raleigh. I HIGHLY RECOMEND taking your vehicle to this Valvoline location. They are Completely professional and they put the client first, instead of the $$$. HUGE shoutout to Uncle Chuck, Christian & Jimmy for being their unparalleled customer service. These fellas let me know that, although my oil change light was on, my oil looked good and I didn’t need an oil change, and sent me on my way. This has never happened in the 25 years I’ve been getting oil changes, so it calls into question how truthful other local oil change establishments are when it comes to notifying a client they may not need an oil change when, rather than disregarding this fact and doing one anyway so they can make money. How many folks are being taken advantage at other locations/establishments? I’d venture to gets 75% of them. Again, I HIGHLY suggest taking your vehicle to this Valvoline location. Quick, friendly service! They provided a list of things I may need to pay attention to in the future but didn't aggressively try to sell me 130 different services like some other places. I really appreciate that and will be going back for future maintenance!

This location is always efficient and the staff are friendly and helpful! It’s a bit out of my way but I always make plans to come to this location when I need an oil change, inspection etc.

I don't recommend getting your vehicle inspected here. They'll fail you for the silliest things. Told me that I wouldn't pass inspection because of my windshield wipers. It was raining the day I went and the wipers are fine.

Sat in line waiting for an inspection while the only person who does inspections helped other cars in the other lines. There were also 3 people waiting behind me. Unbelievable!!! No customer service!!!
