I LOVE that you can sit in your car during the oil change process! The technicians and manager were very nice and helpful without being pushy or too sales driven about products.

I usually read reviews before trying out a new place, and honestly, the glowing reviews for Valvoline Oil Change had me a bit skeptical. But after my visit, I can confidently say they were 100% accurate. This is hands down the best place I've ever been for an oil change! Anthony and Isaiah were fantastic—super professional, friendly, and transparent about everything. They walked me through the process, made sure I understood everything, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. 10/10, I would absolutely recommend Valvoline to anyone looking for great service. These guys truly go above and beyond!

Absolutely the most friendly crew here! I came in for an oil change, and was greeted and taken care of immediately. The staff is so friendly and informative, letting me know what services are included in a standard oil change. 10/10 will def return here, despite being far from my residence. The team is very professional. I feel like I'm getting reliable work done for the long-term benefit of my vehicle. And there seems to be consistency between Valvoline locations (this one vs. Holly Springs, for example) which also adds to my peace of mind.

Very quick service, staff were extremely friendly. The two men I worked with directly were Maurice and Hassan, both wonderful and in such great spirits. Had me smiling during an oil change. I will definitely come again!

Edit- 11.15.24: My second time here, and it was less than 15 min. Yall are FAST and professional every time, and I really appreciate that! Keep up the fantastic work! Please give them all a raise! Edit- 2023: Stopped by for a quick oil change for my 21 Lexus NX 300H. Very positive experience. Was going to purchase an air filter but was told to wait until next oil change since it's not dirty enough. Thanks for saving me money and for the amazing customer service. Happy New Year!!

Got my oil changed from this company multiple times, the most recent time being September 5, 2024. Customer service is great however later on in September my engine started knocking and making noises and stopped working on me, I went to get a diagnostic done after having to get my car towed and was told that my car didn’t have enough oil in it and that some metal shavings were found in the oil chamber. I did notice a leak from the bottom of my car a week later after the oil change but being a busy body I ignored it because nothing popped up on my dashboard indicating an issue which has never been a problem with my car. All this to say, my claim was denied, now I’m out of a car I just got 1 year ago thanks to this place. The kicker of all this is the manager of the company tried to say I burned the oil out fast when I only drive 20 minutes from my house everyday to work and then tried to blame my car.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO VALVOLINE. I've been a customer for over a decade and too much oil was put in my car. This is not good for the vehicle! It happened and was caught while I was there and they proceeded to empty the oil and refill it. It was still high but I let it sit overnight and checked the oil the next day before running my vehicle. The oil still came back high on the dipstick about 1/4 inch over the top circle. I went back to Valvoline and spoke with the assistant manager who serviced my car the day before. They didn't seem to think this was an issue. I can't trust the quality of service that my car will be taken care of as it's supposed to be. They will never see me again!
